CKC Thien Duong Hotel

The breakfast was sufficient, I liked the made to order omelet. The room was spacious and the view was incredible. Our room was on a top floor and we could see the ocean. The facility was clean, but tired. Long overdue for updated furnishings in the lobby.

Our shower drained very slowly and would fill the floor before you finished showering.

Breakfast was disappointing, no hot. Coffee. The cold coffee was so strong, I could not drink it. No Toaster to make toast, mostly carbs on thr buffet. No towels st the pool. Pool water was not great, needs to shocked and brushed. No hooks in the bathroom, only 1 towel for person.. water in the bathroom was way too hot, I have a burn due to that. Window latch was missing. There were lots of ants. Windows were dirty. Clerks were none to little english. Restaurant Gemini was good. Other than that, there were no great shops around. Or things to do. I asked an electronic store clerk of he had USB cables. He and the other said something I could not understand, then he said No, none of that. On my way out I spotted the USB charging cables. I pointed them out to them and they just shrugged. Other stores had similar clerks. Point here is, location is not great.

It was fairly priced, we had some troubles with English, but staff was trying to help us. They were able to help us with transportation and tours.

We actually booked this place last minute and we're greeted straight away by warm, friendly and welcoming staff that spoke very good English. We were asked if we wanted dinner which they prepared for us especially and tasted delicious! Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and what a view!! (11th floor!) We had a beautiful balcony that wrapped around the entire corner to sit out on and watch the world pass by. Great customer service and it was very quiet! Would definitely recommend

Good location, attractive - staff helped as much as they could to make mattress softer.

Bed was very hard- felt like a box spring- no mattress.

Great view. Great buffet. Good swimming pool.

There were 2 cans of soda out of date in the fridge. But it was not a big deal. The staff replaced them quickly

Breakfast first morning was bread and eggs 2nd morning when the hotel was fuller the breakfast was buffet. Were we not good enough the first day to be offered a proper breakfast. There were also no towels for the pool area had to use room towel. The bathroom needed a good clean as well.

The receptionist was very friendly.Easy access to the airport.

The bed was rock solid so hard to sleep on with flat pillows. We were excited to use the rooftop bar, but when we got there it was deserted so couldn't get a drink. It didn't look like there was actually a bar here. We also thought the breakfast would be up here but it was on the 2nd floor with no view. The breakfast wasn't great. There was a loud event on the 1st floor which we could still hear on the 11th floor when we went to bed.

Nice location next to the water.

We happened to stay on a cold day and were unhappy to discover the hotel has no indoor heating, only AC. Front desk staff was wearing heavy coat, our room was uncomfortably cold and staff could only offer an extra blanket. Shower only had about 5 min of hot water.

Most extensive breakfast buffet I’ve experienced. We kept asking ourselves how we could get all this at this price

The location was good

.We paid for a sea view room and didn't get one.No warm heating in any rooms, apparently, and our room was freezing cold due to Windows wouldn't close properly , and window seals had gone, which caused a big draft into the room . Especially being on the 11th floor ( so beware Mattress was rock hard, and the Duvet was thinNot to mention the karaoke party on all night In the end, we checked out and went to another hotel called the REX Hotel, which was amazing and would definitely recommend

It was dirty. Very dirty. The furniture was sticky, they clearly didn’t clean it. There were ants and bugs and the sheets were stained. And the the shower box was leaking and the whole floor got wet (something wrong with the drain, apparently).

The receptionist was friendly. We had an issue with the door, lock was not functioning properly, the technician was fast enough to come and fix the issue. We had a nice view of the city. Room was clean.

Breakfast was meh. Coffee was cold. We ordered omelet with toasts (we received 2 slices but they were not toasted). Noodle was ok. We have been travelling for 3 weeks in VN and we had much better breakfast in other accommodation.

The late check out option was good for our night bus.

Our bathroom was invested with ants all on the sink, floor & toilet. We went to floor 14 one evening to have some beers and a big rat jumped up onto the seat in front of us.
