Lovely, helpful host. We inadvertently booked 2 caving expeditions for the same day. she made a couple of calls, and managed to get one provider to change the date.

Nice clean room, good A/C, wifi, TV. The location is perfect in the centre of town and the staff are really friendly

A very friendly place to stay. The owner booked us on a fantasy tour which was the best we’d been on. The hotel was basic but very clean and in an excellent location. It had a great swimming pool and the breakfast was delicious. They also offer transport to and from the train station or airport.

Owners were amazing and helped me out with transport and offer competitive prices for tours in the area.

The free breakfast was delicious and served quickly, with a smile! The rooms were clean and private, and the bed was very comfortable, even for a larger individual as myself. Ms. Bong is a firecracker of a woman with spunk and energy to match anyone she works with. She went out of her way to support me with a truly enjoyable experience in Phong Nha. When there were troubles with my bus ride into town, I was able to reduce the length of my stay without any penalty directly on booking.com. Then she was able to get me checked into my room by 8AM without having to pay extra for the early arrival. She also assisted me directly to book a bus to Hue, and got me setup for an all day cave tour, all at very cost friendly rates. She even gave me a great dinner recommendation at the Indian restaurant across the street. The only thing I would have changed was to stay longer.

Small bathroom

The owner is brilliant. I think one of the most important things about a hotel when travelling is the staff. Here the women was super communicative, organised scooter rental, cave tours, our bus to Hue and laundry. Also she allowed for a 3am late check in which was ideal.It's also very close to loads of bars and restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very helpful and kind, from the point of booking to the end of our stay! They really kindly let us check in earlier and we really appreciated that! Only two things that stuck out, one was that it can be quite noisy but we have found this in every place we have stayed in Vietnam thus far. Secondly the bathroom didn’t have a bidet, not a deal breaker but would have been good to have one!

I had a good stay at this hotel!. A special thanks to Bong, who was incredibly helpful throughout my trip. He arranged everything seamlessly, including the package, the comfortable bus from Hanoi, and the bus to Phong Nha.Despite arriving at 3 AM, I was warmly welcomed, which made me feel at home right away. The hotel is a great choice for short trips, offering budget-friendly rates compared to others and easy access to transportation. The room was decent, mainly suitable for staying overnight rather than for relaxation.Overall, a good and convenient stay, especially for travelers on a budget!For short stay this is the best option. they will guide and book you for everything you need at best price.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, they also helped us with a very early check in (we arrived by bus at 4am) we also booked onward travel and a tour with the hotel. Room was exactly what we needed and pool was clean. Great service!

Great hostel in centre of Phong Nha. Bong cannot do enough, has a great sense of humour and always has a smile on her face. Would recommend.

This property is definitely value for money, room was comfy, great location in town.

The bathroom was a bit dated, more of a wet room which could get annoying at times, the pool was great although we would have to clear it of leaves.

From the moment i checked in, the staff was very accommodating. A taxi was organized for me to go to the airport the next morning. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Staff at the front desk kept asking me to cancel booking on booking.com which stated as was non refundable, as previous guest decided to extend , which I did not want to do. Was very confusing as I did not want to pay twice.

Good location, arranged pick up from Dong Hoi and return.Also they said they could arrange phong Nha discovery tours at cheaper rate than tripadvisor. It’s mainly a stopover place for the caves and it suits purpose well as there are restaurants next door and it’s very close to dragon boat for the phong Nha cave tour.

Rooms are basic. We had family room, tiny bathroom and 3 double beds crammed in a room.

Nice simple room and a good location.

There was a cockroach in the room, which isn’t too rare in Asia just a bit unpleasant. The front desk tried to make us cancel our booking on booking.com aswell as pay her which would’ve charged us twice? She was quite pushy with it and kept saying “you don’t trust me!” Even though it clearly said on booking.com if I cancelled they would charge me. Very odd. We then got a scooter she charged us 70,000 for fuel, which is the most we’ve ever payed for fuel in our 3 months of travelling. Okay stay, just perhaps be wary of her trying to get money out of you.
