There was nothing I didn’t like! Everything was great!

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful!!

No complaints the property was great!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. I would recommend if you are in Phong Na.

Great stay at Thuong Hai Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Perfect location near restaurants and tours. Highly recommend!

Large room, comfy bed, good AC, nice view from balcony.

If you don't mind bugs, it is good value for money, i guess. Seriously, the most bugs I've ever had in my hotel room. Try to at least close the ceiling in the bathroom so we can't see the sewer system. Water leaking over floor if you flush the toilet. It just wasn't it for us.

We booked a room to sleep a night before a tour in the National Park. In the room was waiting for us an unwanted surprise - mold on the ceiling. As we arrived late in the night and it was the last available room, we had to take it. The breakfast also is very mediocre.

Great breakfast, attentive staff, good location, excellent value.

Location was good and central Rooms are big and clean Staff are friendly

Stairs outside up to the hotel are quite slippery when wet

Nice views.Good central location. Staff was very helpful.

Could use a deep clean.

I liked the location, the breakfast, and that they had an elevator. The beds were comfortable, and our room had a balcony overlooking the countryside and mountains.

They had a game room on our floor, and guests were noisy after 11 pm.

Breakfast was great.

Rooms through Booking.com appear to be the worst rooms in hotels. We had to ask for towels, it took 2 days to get hot water, TV was broken and the room had a horrible odour.

Huge room, with basic amenities. Location is good, right in the centre of Phong Nha town. Breakfast on the rooftop ensures beautiful views, staff was friendly.

Breakfast provided was good, but (fruit) flies on the uncovered fruits buffet put me off.

Everything very well at this hotel great location wonderful tour of the caves breakfast on the terrace lots of fresh fruit and toast and coffee. also have a really nice pool table in one of the upper floor Terraces. Highly recommend this hotel.

At first I thought unfriendly… but not at all. Very helpful .

Good clean affordable site with travel agent available.

Shower soaked entire wr floor. Breakfast a tad unorganized and we had to miss last day due to that

Great value for money! Staff were super helpful, delicious breakfast and very comfortable bed and nice bedroom with balcony. Conveniently, there is a bike hire opposite the hotel as well as many restaurants. Highly recommend! ??
