It’s a luxury hotel, the price is very good price. The room are very clean, friendly polite staff. They help us with complimentary late check in at 5 PM. There is big clean and not busy swimming pool, which has a river view. There is an amazing spa with professional therapist. This hotel in the center of the city really very close to see to fish market. I would recommend this hotel.

The service was outstanding, with staff being very attentive to guests’ needs. The spa stood out in particular, offering highly skilled professionals. I tried the Vietnamese massage, and it was truly one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had..

Nice hotel, room was OK size. There is no AC in elevator nor hallway. It's very hot in the hallway and elevator. The room is clean. Breakfast buffet is OK, not the greatest.

Smoke smells in hallways, AC in room is very weak. No AC in elevator nor hallway. You walk out of your room to 1st floor, you already sweat. Breakfast buffet is OK, could be better.

breakfast quality has reduced so much over the last 8 years. first time when i stayed in vin pearl Tay ninh for a week and then in Hue. all were good.

Room is very spacious and nicely appointed. The indoor swimming pool is very large and clean. There is also a very large jacuzzi with cool water. Hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful, especially Dung & Oanh at reception and the pool attendant.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed & spotless bathroom,Prime location,just in front of the riverside,next to Vincom Plaza & nearby so many restaurants, cafes spa ,staffs so helpful & excellent service , definitely will back again if visit Dong Hoi next time.

There weren't any electric sockets e the dressing table & no mini bar for electric kettle as well, so can't really enjoy tea/ coffee in the room.

We didn't book breakfast or eat in the restaurant but the coffee was excellent (5 stars). The staff were helpful and efficient when it came to organising transport and helping with laundry. The gym was reasonably good for a hotel and my friend said the pool was excellent.

The hotel is beautiful and our room was fantastic. It really feels like a 5 star hotel so did not disappoint in that respect. The view from our room was amazing and we slept really well. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is amazing with many things to choose from and a lovely environment in which to enjoy it.

Our main issue with the hotel was the restaurant and bar. We couldn't find any restaurant that we wanted to eat in nearby on our first night so we decided to try the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately there was a function on so the restaurant and Garbo bar were not open to us and we were advised to try room service. That was disappointing. On our second night, we decided to try the Garbo bar again but it was again closed. I think for a hotel of that quality, the bar at least should always be open - there is another that doubles up a a Starbucks in the lobby, but it's not a particularly welcoming set up.

Very modern, stylish and comfortable. Very nice little restaurants within a 2-min walk.

Lots of facilities with few people using them or staff attending them. Slow service despite minimal demand for these services. Laundry service was expensive and way above average, but it was delivered quickly.

We had a very pleasant stay at Melia Vinpearl. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

5 star Hotel right by the Riverside.Staff are friendly and they provided complimentary use of the sauna and jacuzzi when the pool was undergoing maintenance.

When you get the room with a discount, the price is unbelievable for this kind of hotel including the breakfast. You also have the access to an inside wonderful swimming pool. Everything is exceptional with the discount price.

All was excellent except the pool was closed. Dung on reception looked after us very well.

We were well looked after and the breakfast selection was fantastic.

Unfortunately the pool was closed when we visited and there was some construction noise but otherwise a very comfortable stay.

The bed was a dream. Firm and supportive pillows, weighted blanket, and soft sheets. The staff went above and beyond to help make my birthday weekend special. They even helped my boyfriend arrange a cake from a nearby shop. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! A full spread of pastries, fruit, and lunch items. It included omelette and pho stations, and freshly griddled pancakes and waffles. And to top it off, the hotel offers 24-hour room service. Having the flexibility to order a late night snack proved invaluable to our stay. We were so happy we decided to stay out of Phòng Nha and in Dong Hoi instead. The hour long trip to see the caves was well worth our stay at this luxurious hotel.

A top quality hotel with all of the features you would expect from such. Fantastic clean comfortable room. Bathroom with bath and shower. Netflix! Fantastic indoor swimming pool. Excellent varied breakfast with many Western and Vietnamese options. Lovely staff. Location seemed good to us, walking distance from the beach, although we did not explore Dong Hoi extensively. Excellent value for money - the most luxurious hotel on our six week trip to Vietnam at an extremely affordable price.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was extensive and of high quality. The view from our room on the riverside was fabulous.

Super indoor swimming pool was great given weather but as it is open to non-guests, sharing with a group of around 15 kids was not fun! Corporate hotel features such as the music in public areas - it was akin to “on hold” music during a long phone call wait! The bright lighting was excessive, even into the evening.

One of the impressed hotels I've ever booked.We had a wonderful stay. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are super clean. The staffs are so helpful with everything. The breakfast was amazing. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The size of the bed is incredible huge. From check in to check out nothing bad to say.
