- The girl at reception who did everything possible to help me, she is a great asset to this hotel. An easy walk from the train station. Great location for bars, restaurants and my high floor room was well insulated from noise. The hotel¿s restaurant ¿Â
- Extremely helpful staff. I was pickpocketed and had to call credit card companies to report. Desk clerk devoted much effort to helping me and let me make the calls from the reception desk without charge. Also efficiently arranged a walking tour.
Cons -
- Nothing really, I¿d stay here again in an instant. The restaurant understandably gets very busy, I¿d be happy if there was a table reservation service specifically for the hotel guests.
- Web site says they have an airport shuttle, but this is just calling a cab for which we had to pay. Price for cab was about 50% higher than the desk estimated, even in no traffic (5AM) time.
