SR Residence Hotel

I liked the layout with the bar and the outdoor pool.Swimming during the dayand Pool-side dinner on an evening

some of the staff were a little young and inexperienced

Clean facility. The cleaning staff was phenomenal very polite and courteous. Room was always promptly cleaned upon request.

Staff are amazing, everything I ask for I got

I’ve stayed here a few times now and every time I’ve been here I’ve enjoyed it . However ! This place has signs that it’s tired and is in need of and make over. Little things that require attention seem to be left and not repaired until a guest complaines about it . ( running repairs ) the main thing I noticed was their front dest that greets you when you arrive is in need of either repainting or I would replace it . It’s not nice to have that at your greeting desk . Please SR Residents you have a beautiful hotel but it’s time to do repairs before the customers arrive. I’m free to call and chat to management at any time. Only because I’d like to see you keep your star rating.

Upon arrival the night manager was very rude and unaccommodating . The room was clean. BUT the room had no hot water. Tried to call the front desk no . The continental breakfast was from 6:30 to 10:30. We arrived at 8:30. Many items were gone with no replacement. Orange juice, milk, coffee and bread with no replacement.

Quiet locationView on MountainGood breakfast

Birds on balcony so ...

Large and comfortable room, great selection for breakfast. Staff were very helpful when I needed to get a new battery in my pick up. Good bar by the pool. Excellent value for money. 7 Eleven is only 2 minutes down the road.

Breakfast : Limited but tasty choices. Mostly freshly cooked menu. Location : Nice, easy to reach, quite neighborhoods, lots of place to walk around, good parking spaceRooms : Neat and spacious, with small balcony.Lobby : Very spacious lobby with plenty of seating, cafe & bar.

Breakfast : Fruits and Juices servings need more choices. Can have cut fruit bowls for pick. Main Gate to Portico entry confusing. Entry & Exit routing can be improved.

pool and room, staff friendly and its a place with a view but its a fair distance to town. The music in the evening was very nice although just duos played for about 45 minutes, and hen a bit later more came, finished at 11pm. Good beer offer 3 large Leo for 230 bts.

THE FOOD LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED, VERY GREASY AND THINGS I TRIED TO ORDER BUT NOT AVAILABLE LIKE A SANDWICH1 BREAKFAST ITEMS BEING LEFT EMPTY BUT OTHERS BEING FILLED UP, STAFF ARE NOT ORGANISED

I am in a wheelchair and my room was excellent, size and also the bathroom was good for me.The best thing about the hotel was all of the staff. They could not of helped me anymore than what they did. They really were all amazing and so helpful for my needs in every way.So a BIG thank you to every staff member that met me and also helped me.Arfon Hardy.

Great room , restaurant & pool area.

WiFi didn’t work in the room but did in pool & restaurant.

Great location, very friendly staff good facilities close to centre.

Bit of mould growing in my sons room lack of breakfast selections.

Stayed here before,,,,,it’s off the main road which is good, makes it nice and quiet , and the food is always really nice and well priced, everyone always has a smile and greets you ..

Nice and clean and quiet

Kept too a high standard

Very Nice breakfast, Nice swimming pool, Nice view on Mountain.

Very new looking hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice rural view from window (see picture). Meals by the pool very atmospheric at night. Plenty of parking. Breakfast a good standard. Staff assisted with luggage.

Bathroom a bit small. Hot water luke warm.

Great place to stay and child friendly. The pool and pool side bar are very nice. My grandchildren were able to join me for breakfast and swimming even though they were not residents at the hotel.

It's not really near any local amenities or attractions.

This is our 2nd visit to this hotel , it meets our needs when visiting family . Nice pool , food and entertainment.

Wild dogs can be noisy outside the complex but this did not affect our stay too much .

Loved the pool, the size of the rooms and cleanliness

The pool staff where on there phones talking with each other..hardly noticed we needed some service. Reception staff at the front desk..excellent..??
