There was no elevator, and the stairs were quite steep. The facilities were not clean, and overall, it was a very bad experience. I do not recommend this property.
- The room power was turned off upon arrival, requiring me to waste time calling and waiting for staff to fix the issue. The room had clearly not been checked before assignment, and accessing it involved climbing down poorly lit stairs in complete darkness. When it was time to go out, the only option was to climb those same stairs again.
- Unfortunately, the stay was marred by painfully slow Wi-Fi, an AC that wouldn’t turn on, broken stairway lights leaving me in the dark, and a frustrating number of insects in the room. The hotel also failed to provide basic amenities like toothbrushes, a comb, and hot water for showering, all while pretending to offer a luxury experience. To top it off, my attempts to contact them through booking platforms and social media were met with complete silence.

I won’t back back this hotel again
We depart about 9pm, we book 2 single bed room, but they gv us 1 full bed , btw this full bed is smaller, difficult to us sleeping. Staff won’t allow us to exchange room, with bad attitude, after 10pm reception were non body there , need to call hotel phone no as booking.com ( that were extra cost to us as foreigner) coz light can’t switch off. 2) sinking water always is hot, I need go shower room to wash face and teeth 3) light too drank & room smaller with not match with price 4) breakfast not attractive
Breakfast was advertised at buffet. For the first two nights of our three night stay, there were probably only 3 or so rooms booked in the hotel so breakfast buffet was not provided. Food provided was simple but ok.
Photos on web site were up to 8 years old. Property has deteriorated since they were taken. Facility needs a fair bit of overdue maintenance. Lots of steep steps between reception and rooms. Not a place for kids or the unfit! No safe in room. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A golf buggy helps staff get you and luggage from room uphill to car park/dining/reception. We thought it was overpriced.
Lovely, contemporary property, perched on the hillside with lovely views especially in the morning. Breakfast was very good, staff were warm and accommodating. The room was modern and tasteful but the bed and bedding were the stars of the show; these provided the best sleep I had on my travels! Location is convenient for access to food and drink etc. Car park was big, secure and well lighted. Although there were plenty of guests, the property is very quiet at night.
