Beautiful spacious rooms and bathroom. A lovely view from the rooftop.

When we checked out we had to walk through the wedding being hosted downstairs. Food at the rooftop left us wanting a bit.

The room, the view, the pool, the staff were all excellent

The modern architecture and the big bathrooms.

It’s not a well maintained property. The wear and tear really shows everywhere. The lobby is also hard to access and unwelcoming.

Staff, facilities

No phone in the room, you have to use your own phone to call the front dest. Think about if you are from other country, you have to call from your phone for room service, etc.

Friendly, helpful staff

Lack of storage space for clothes in room. Noisy air conditioning.

Dinner& coffee shop to far from kitchen! Food was cool! To cold. Used hotdogs in recipes!!!!

It’s getting Little tired and getting to the stage it requires quite a bit of up keep. The first thing that greets you is the front desk and it look like your entering a two star hotel but , your not .

Quiet spacious clean room and a good location

The front desk staffs could be a bit more keen to service guests. The swimming pool staffs are eager to service the most but a bit short of staffs during peak hours (4-6pm).

Great breakfast. Nice and clean rooms with good view. Nice and friendly staff. Nice pool in on first floor and on the top floor. Nice rooftop bar with amazing views over the city.

The pressure for the water in the shower could be better, but it was normal for Thailand i think.

The pillows and towels need to be renewed. They are really worn out.

Great resort, spacious rooms and bathroom & comfortable bed a rare find in Thailand .. will be back ? staff super friendly and welcoming great rooftop bar also for dinner and live music .. also coffee shop with good coffee & cakes.

Modern upmarket hotel with big, clean rooms and bathrooms. The rooftop restaurant and bar were the highlight, but the coffee shop downstairs was an added bonus.

The location was out of town, and the entrance was tricky to see from the road.

Room very modern and the pool also. Very beautiful view of sunset from roof top bar.

Breakfast is till 10 O'clock but the staff start to clear up from 9:45 O'clock that is uncomfortable for the guest. The staff always using their mobile phone even if they are on duty. The Staff is very friendly and helpful but they need traing, for example Gin Tonic served with beer glass is absolutely no go.

Rooftop dinner with excellent service. Sunsets were spectacular. The new Coffee Cafe was a big hit!Loved it.

Could not lower the AC fan speed in the room.

Food is excellent in a unique roof-top restaurant, open air, adjacent to the infinity pool. There was a very good band playing as we enjoyed our dinner.

Beds could be a bit softer.

No closet to store clothes so it was living out of suitcase
