ITS WAS A CLEAN HOTEL AND GOOD VALUE FOR WHAT YOU PAY FOR

When we arrived the kitchen was closed so we have to find somewhere which was very inconvenient to get to a restaurant with the road work going on just outside the entrance of the hotel ITS A ONE WAY SYSTEM

Breakfast was aimed at thai customers, very little selection for farangs, no cereals, no fresh milk, etc..But what was there looked clean, well cooked and well laid out.

The room was clean, but dated.The shower had very little water pressure and the tv had only one channel due to a poor signal.The

Bathroom was reasonably big,but shower area had no screen to block water from splashing.

Room on the road extremely noisy

I think the area is quite remote. By having the hotel this size in that area is a plus. Moreover, the staffs are very friendly. the aircon in the room is very good. The bed is comfortable, I can have a very good night sleep.

The location was good and very peaceful and calm surroundings. The villa room was adequate and large.

Toilet needs to be better. No shower curtains or shower compartment doors and the toilet gets wet when showering. Breakfast options should include some Western options like a better selection of bread and real butter. There should also be some chicken options in the Thai food served for breakfast for those who do not eat pork.

Good for the one who travel by

That was no hair dryer in the room as they claim, also not enough for lend because there’s only one for room service. Didn’t get any help from staff. The room was super dirty.

Superb breakfast. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Room was clean and quiet.

Parking is a bit tight. Not many restaurants nearby.

Large clean room, decent bathroom, good breakfast but mainly Thai food, good coffee. Well organized hotel, rapid check inn. Large car park.

Clean but rather spartan, antiseptic accommodation. Only Thai TV, with poor reception. No restaurants in immediate area. Not very welcoming.

all very ok -the renovations have been done very good - looks like newvery good price-/ value-relation ...good wlan, parking, breakfast, bed, bath ,.... good & very friendly reception and service stuff

An oasis just off the highway.

villas not really villas, just regular rooms in smaller buildings. Burnt out light bulbs.

it’s a good hotel to make a sleepover before chiang mai

no one helped us with our baggage is more like a truck sleepover hotel

Room without kettle and coffee sachet. for make drink.

They don't speak and understand English at all.

Freshly renovated rooms, very nice and clean design with a big terrace. the bathroom is also nice. there is enough parking outside and it’s not too far from everything. we would definitely stay here again.

At night time many insect going to the room and affect to sleeping. Please improve prevention in villa at first floor.
