Saro-Maria Hotel

Excellent , and variety of selection I like it.

I would like to share my concerns regarding my recent stay. The king-size bed was uncomfortable and did not provide adequate back support. It felt unstable and not strong enough to properly support the spine, which made resting difficult.Additionally, several items that were listed as included in the room were not actually available. Please review and update your room inventory descriptions so they accurately reflect what guests will find.I would appreciate your attention to these issues to help improve future guest experiences.Thank you.

The locatuon is okay. Hotel has underground parking.

Food smell is coming to room # 410

Walking distance to Bole Street and shopping areas

Airport shuttle

The only thing that I liked is the location.

The staff members particularly the receptionists were so mean and unwelcoming. I don't know why and how you recruited them all. The sales (commercial) girl was dealing the price for a night with nearly 'double the cost' posted on Booking.com. I am so pity for the company.

The bed and room

Toilet tap water

The facility exceeded my expectations and the staff were very kind and courteous, the pick up from the airport and drop off were really timely and convenient.

you could improve on the wifi, it was a bit unstable during calls sometimes.

Beautiful! Amazing staff and food! Large rooms and great price!

very good staff and convenient location

The worst restaurant I have ever seen, the pizza was disgusting

location and food is great. Spa massage is great too. Gym is OK. staff are friendly and ressponsive at all times.

they were very budy in my visit - 2 days out of 5 I had no towles in the room and the AC unit was not working throughout, despite attempts to fix it.

Great hotel with very nice and welcoming staff. Breakfastbuffe is delicious and I like the hotel, been here before and will come back.

great place to stay in Addis in Bole area near to airport. Excellent food and lovely staff. Spa is quite basic but very clean. Good massage, steam room and sauna. Great value for money and will definately stay there again.

this area of Addis is noisy! there was a construction site next door that was vey active during the night, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Friendly staff

Elevator is slow and went out of servjce. The shower water was not hot. The T.V was not working and had to call 3 times to get it fixed. No much options in the launch and breakfast

Location was good and the house keepers and door men are loyal and hard worker. They are very friendly and great customer service skills.

Front staff lack customer service, I am not sure it’s personality issues or management don’t give them flexibility to work with customer needs.

Hotel at the heart of Bole- excellent location.

the bathrooms plumbing is problematic- needs attention.

Good breakfast , large rooms

The airport shuttle is never there at the airport whatever they will tell you. This is based on several trips you have to call the hotel to get it sent and wait 15 mn.

Clean, large & comfortable room

main shower in bathroom was very old and did not work.

Convenient to the airport, friendly service, very clean and comfortable.

food was great!

had to change room 3 times the first 12 hours to have working wifi( which rarely worked:(.. and properly working ACFront reception was rude, insisted I owed more money than I was told the night I checked in and paid in full. The last night they called me twice st 9 pm telling me I had to go down to reception now and pay them. I finally disconnected the phone.

excellent restaurant

instead of paying the $126 I was quoted on the site,I was charged $216 which could not be refunded. I was therefore upgraded to a deluxe room to compensate the difference. Unfortunately there was no hot water and the jacuzzi wasn’t even operational.

breakfast and the staff

cleanliness, smelling toilet
