The location is excellent, and the staff are very cordial.

The food options could have improved.

The staff, the hotel, location were so exceptional. I was so satisfied in about over 10 days stay. I recommend Getfam Hotel to the first class choice for those travelling to Addis Ababa.

The location and the staff are wonderful!

The organization was about messy. One morning they make my breakfast an issue which embarrassed me. Shower wasn’t working for two nights and I complained about it and the response was ow sorry that room is not working. Why they give me a room with out working bathroom?

I liked that my check in was seamless. I always send my reservation with my passport details and airport pick up in advance so that there are no delays in checking in. Similarly, my check out was smooth and shuttle service to the airport was on time. I also always get allocated my favourite floor and room preference.

We liked everything and would definitely come back again during our second stay in Ethiopia. This is one of the best hotels. Good value for the price. Friendly stuff. Really good breakfast options.

If you didnt book breakfast with your stay it costs 30$ for 2 people, with booking only 10$. An offer would be great here :)

Location Gym Swimming Pool

Water pressure in bathroom is pathetic, I had to call maintenance regularly. Hot water is irregular also.

Good choices at breakfast - omelette station, pastries, porridge, fruits & a lot of cake! Hot savoury African optionsSpas are single-sex and very well run, even late in the evening. Swimming pool is nice but very warm

Quadrant shape building means the upper floors are not suitable for vertigo sufferers or excitable children

The property is clean and the staff was friendly. I like the sauna and Spa center.

That most of the rooms have no shataff in the wasrooms. Also there was some noise coming from nearby rooms or corridors not sure as like they were doing some maintenance. Hence they have to change me to another floor.

The style of how the room is furnished

The bed length is short for me and my room was near the central cooling system so it’s a bit noisy

The hotel is situated near the airport (shuttle provided on request) and is very consistent with the level of service provided. I've stayed at the hotel on several occasions and have always been reasonably pleased.

Power interruptions on occasion causing the elevators to become inoperable

Personnel had a good attitude

I didn’t have hot water the entire first day, and I had to complain several times to get it fixed. Other small issues took long to fix such as getting new batteries for the remote (took around 4 hours ) , the shower flooded every time I took a bath

Friendly and helpful staff and decent, clean rooms.

During a 7-day stay I only had hot water in the shower twice, despite numerous requests for it to be tended to. The food is mediocre. Furnishings are decent but tired. Unlike most hotels in Addis, they don’t change money, which was an inconvenience. The airport pick-up was in an unmarked van and the driver did not have a sign with my name, which did not make me feel very safe.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel, good facilities. We stay twice and would repeat. Good value. GoodBreakfast and menu.

Location is ok. Busy road.

Unfortunately some items are worn out like towels, not enough amenities in the bath room.

I am a vegan, and I had very little food to eat, although I notified the hotel beforehand about my diet. Not vegan-friendly!

I had a good time in Addis. The hotel was good and had a good location. Many cafes and restaurants around to explore. It had a nice swimming pool and good breakfast. Food 24hrs available was a plus.

The hotel is in a busy street and I stayed during the end of Ramadan, so we had so many people blocking and closing the streets. Nothing related to the hotel, just be in mind that it's a busy area.

Upgraded on arrival( 7AM!) and had a very larger bedroom and sperate lounge area. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel

the food on offer could be improved

Staff going out of their way to help - booking taxis and giving advice. The executive suite is very comfortable and ideal for a small family. Laundry is very fast and efficient. Good traditional food. Room service is value for money.

Room service can be slow and sometimes forgetting orders. Some parts of the hotel are due a refresh (Stayed in two executive suites at either end of trip - the first room needed painting, second suite much better). I think the swimming pool is used by non hotel children - which is great for them. But it would be good if there were specific hours for children hotel guests.
