The hotel shuttle was great to have. The hotel is very nice with multiple dining options and excellent breakfast included. I highly recommend it.

Very bad experience

Very Bad breakfast , Rooms are not well cleaned , bedsheets also not cleaned .Door handles broken, Electric cables evry where exposed ,no slipers , Gowns .Very dificult to get restaurant service and Tasteless foods .I don't recommend any one to stay there.

Don't book through booking.com, if you're paying in birr.

The contact person at the reception informed us through the phone that we can pay in Ethiopian birr before making reservations on booking.com then once we arrived at the hotel the reception denied the claim and we had to pay in USD. They were also very unprofessional, and lack discipline. Additionally the hotel room was not clean the bathroom had bad smell. Other than that service was decent and the rest of the staff was friendly and good location.

Both photos look great, but to be honest everything is very old and unkempt, and a lot of it is broken.

It is big rooms

I had many bug bed bites in my body, my room many lights wasn’t work, didn’t have cleaning everyday, I always have to ask to clean my room. Restaurant service is very slow to order food, the food to be ready and to pay also very slow

Supposed to be a lil bit more of safety features, because I wetness an earthquake and no one did a thing about it.

Did not like room makeup service at all after the service I find the tea cups as I left them used, bathrobe hang on bathroom door.

My experience was very very bad the room were very dirty the towels were very dirty the room service were very bad comparing from the past 3 years Everything Has Changed they totally forget the hotel the food were very no tasty I really had a really bad day they need to improve a lot of things comparing from the past 3 years everything has been changing there is nothing there the house was very dirty the bathroom was very dirty they don't even clean the room on time

Location was good . Very central

The rooms need maintenance.. . The cable Tv did not work as there was no wi fi in the rooms .. we ended watching Ethiopian movies when we didn’t understand the language . The breakfast was cold and dry.. not enough choice . If you ordered a cup of Tea it took long to come , i understand they had to get hot water from another kitchen .. Room service was terrible , change was not given back , as waiters apparently forgot to bring change back. Introduction to hotel facilities was not done on check in or after we had to ask where the hotel facilities were .

Most of the staff are helpful and kind, especially the restaurant and kitchen staff as well as the security and bellhops

They need to update the card transaction machines to accommodate debit cards! I was highly upset that I had to use my third card which is inconvenient and after her telling me my cards were declining, was embarrassing. My cards work fine even in the coffee shop across the street. Get it together already! Not nice. Some issues with housekeeping not providing basic toilet paper and a broken phone in the room, so you must go out to communicate for things. Not good, facilities need maintenance…

Location

Poor coordination among the staff. Basic items were missing from the room. Receptionists were extremely slow to help out with requests for basic amenities. Door is difficult to close and open, lights are very dim and paint in the rooms needs an upgrade urgently.

Not much

The pool was closed, most of the gym equipment was broken, a massage I booked in the Spa was cancelled, I was brought the wrong order for room service.

Worst stay of my life in any hotel .

It's been a worst stay for me in any hotel.The staff at reception are selfish and robots .No emotional involvement with regard to complains of the customer.During 2 night only got the hot water in the bathroom on day first and then inspite of many complains this issue and wifi issue was not solved. No value for money at all. Their only focus is to charge the money to guests by any means

Don't value the money

The surrounding is very bad. During the day the streets around are fully of kids, poor, elder begging for money and disturbing you. The night the street are totally empty and without public light and the surrounding there are no restaurant or amenities.

Broken toilet, broken shower, big mouse in our room

it’s very convenient and exceptional customer service to Kalkidan team(Resturant server) front desk stuff and wonishet and Tsion (Spa) they are amazing
