The staff and facilities. The staff are very professional, kind, gentle and trustworthy. Moreover, the hotel picked me and also took me to the airport for free!

Staying in the hotel was a great experience . All the staff were very kind , friendly and helpful people.It is difficult to mention all of them but special thanks to Mebtu ,Mercen & Dory who work in the reception & welcomed us every day with big smiles and tried their best to make our stay the great experience it was.We have eaten many evenings in the hotel's restaurant and it was always a nice meal being served upon by Bety ,Musrshu and Edil among the othersThere is a ice small souvenir shop in the hotel where All the staff of this hotel should be cherished by their management as their dediction and kindness makes them a big asset to the future of this hotel.If we will ever come back to Addis Ababa we will certainly without hesitation stay again in this place as we felt there at home & among friends.

Utmost privacy and calm environment. Free laundry service. Friendly staff who always ask you if the meal is delicious.The airport Shuttle wasn't available when I was leaving but they gave me 200 ETB and called a taxi ? to get me to the airport. This was an excellent gesture.

The Zemen bank ATM ? machine didn't disburse cash when I used by card, but they were able to resolve it and I was refunded.Very good service ?

Spacious suite....and very bright...Daily housekeeping if required...Pleasant reception staff..Great restaurant with excellent food...well done to the chefs who cooked fresh breakfasts daily ...

Slight distance to walk to centre of Addis ...but very safe area..

A bit far from town but the staff helps with getting taxis and would suggest getting ride sharing apps for ease of movement.

Shuttle from the airport took long, despite sending an email for the hotel to confirm airtport shuttle the confirmation never came

Brand new building.The penthouse boasts great views on the city.Penthouse great for a family of 5.

The hotel must invest in a new shuttle that matches the standard of the hotel.Attention must be paid to the restaurant quality of service.
