Wooden guesthouse close to historical Sukhothai, with friendly staff, nice breakfast and free bicycles to go around

Not much, there is a little noise from neighbour tourist because of the wooden structure

Staff is really nice. Breakfast is thai style but really good. The woman who cooks the meal is really nice.

Room is just normal size but suited to the price... acceptable.

They provide fruit snacks, cup noodle and hot beverages 24 hours on the house. We do not need to worry that we will be hungry ! Very thoughtful service

No elevator

It is a sweet place run by a husband and wife, who speak very little english, however the staff or other family members do. The bikes are great. A few minute walk into to town. A safe space. Would recommend.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Room is good size though my friend's room was a bit dark. Very conveniently located near Historical Park. Breakfast has lots of varieties of Thai and western selection. Unlimited supply of bottled water, coffee and tea throughout the day. Can borrow bike to bike to the park. Not located on the main street so quiet and safe since many locals live around the area.

Hot water could be hotter for shower (I turn the knob on heater to high but still luke warm).Bathroom door needs fixing because it keeps shutting.

There is free snack bar 24 hours. The staff are very friendly, and was offer a departing gift and some fruits.

There’s no elevator and the bathroom is very small and simple.

very nice hotel close to Sukhothai old city, you can borrow bikes at the hotel and cycle freely. the staff is very friendly and attentional. I recommend it.

The people at the property were nice, the breakfast was decent and the bikes were free to rent. The town is pretty quiet with not much going on.

WiFi was a bit slow and unstable at times, needing to use the phone as a hotspot for decent internet connectivity.

- the hotel looks very old, although decent and clean. - The rooms are very basic, power outlets not working (you have to find a patent to keep them in)- no shower curtain, very basic bathroom amenities.

Brilliant little hotel with fantastic staff. Very good breakfast and free drinks all day. Free bike hire. Spacious, very clean room and comfortable bed. Highly recomended

Great location, rooms were clean, staff were fantastic.

The staff was awesome. They have snacks and beverages 24/7. We needed to change our flight and our phones weren't working so the hostess used her phone to help us and spoke on our behalf to get an English speaking booking agent. We had to leave really early in the morning to catch our flight and they made a shuttle arrangement and made the two of us breakfast!

Very nice small hotel in a middle of everything. Cosy garden, nice dining area, simple, but comfortable room. Free bikes to explore the city and ruins. Nice staff - they gave us a free map, extremely valuable recommendations and a small farewell present. There are allways some fruits, bisquits, tea, coffee and instant soups in the dining area for the guests to take them for free. The hotel has a spaceous free parking lot nearby. Overall a very nice stay in a wonderful town - definately recommend!

No shower curtain. The receptionist was so untactical, that after her comment I cried for half a day and had a headache until the evening. However, she didn't mean ill - it was just a misunderstanding.

Room was way over-pricedThe room did not have any where to put luggage.No chairs on balcony .Shower which was over the toilet and needed repair.

I liked that the hotel have provided us with free use of bicycles whenever we needed them and how all of the staffs are very helpful and welcomed us with a smile. We also got to learn a lot about the history of the place and got great recommendations from the lovely receptionist P’Joy :D

Very close to historical park that we could visit using the bikes of the hotel! Very good breakfast Thai style. Staff very friendly and kind with souvenirs at check-out. It is not a luxurious hotel but is very very nice!

No negative remarks for the proposal of the hotel!
