    Pros +

    • The bedroom and bathroom which is big and comfortable. And near Sukhothai historical ancient city.
    • The atmosphere, the silence, the care.
    • The location, close to the National Park

    Cons -

    • Nope, maybe lots of insects and mosquitoes but in some specific areas and on night time only.
    • Not clean, the bathroom in the room was not clean. My wife went to use the gym and it was very dusty. During the first night the room phone kept ringing, we informed the reception in the morning, and there was no intention to investigate or offer an explanation for this. We decided not to have another sleepless night and left even though we had booked for two nights.
    • The bathroom was not clean; there was plenty of rubbish/litter around the property perimeter

Property looked nice overall and rooms were fine, the pool looked nice too but too cold for us.

The most important thing for us as a frequently traveling family, is a good night’s sleep. We arrived late at this hotel, about 10pm. And our kids were tired. Someone helped us get into the rooms (we had 2 adjoining rooms) and he came inside to switch on the AC, so the rooms were pretty hot inside…. When he came inside he left both doors wide open, for about 5 minutes. We didn’t realize the hallways were full of mosquitos, which the employee should have known. So our rooms were in no time teeming with mosquitos! Without us realizing at first. We spent a horrible night, bothered by mosquitos and our son had bites all over his face. Horrible night’s sleep and at 6am we were woken up by loud yelling from employees near our room and furniture moving in the room upstairs. Night 2 was without too many mosquitos but again woken up by 6am with loud noise and moving of furniture. We had planned to sleep until about 9am but that was impossible here.Reception should at least inform cleaners that we arrived late at the hotel and to be quiet near people’s rooms when they are inside, at least until like 8am.

    Good breakfast. Lots of parking.

Hated the bathroom- very dangerous step down from bedroom into bathroom & again into shower. Lighting in bathroom was very dark. Safe in the room did not work, even when we called maintenance & they couldn’t get it to work. When I turned bathroom tap on, brown water came out of it.This hotel is really showing its age unfortunately. The staff at the front desk was very helpful in giving us suggestions for restaurants recommended.

Pool amazingBreakfast comprehensive Wine bar restaurant for dining was really nice modern

The night main restaurant was more like a cafeteria style to cope with the large group tours so very bright and noisy but the wine bar was Priceless for food and wine choice and quality at a very affordable price

Lovely location, quick ride to the main sites. Hotel provides a free shuttle and grab rides are under 100 baht (tuktuks are 150). Rooms are spacious, hotel has charm and beautiful brickwork. Visually lived up to expectations. Rating it highly for aesthetic, coffee and price, but please note the spa was pretty terrible and you should not come here if that’s the weekend you’re going for.

The spa. I emailed in advance about scheduling a massage and was told to schedule when I arrived. When I arrived I then scheduled my appointment for six hours later. The spa is made up of a waiting room and four therapy rooms, three beds each (this is important for later). There wasn’t a check in space, the waiting room was being used by people getting out from the heat. So we walked around the area until someone popped out of a maintenance room and led us to our room. A friend and I got different massages and were taken to different rooms. After five minutes the same person came back and told me my masseuse was running late, only five minutes. Twenty minutes later she showed up and then massaged me. She didn’t listen when I asked for difference in pressure or to avoid areas. The pillow used on the bed was an airplane neck pillow and not attached in anyway, so my body kept sliding around on the bed. Room was too air conditioned— a statement I never thought I’d say. Masseuse answered her phone multiple times, made calls and texts. I understand emergencies but this was just chatting so I would’ve appreciated her not to ruin the vibe. My friend was put in a room with someone else where he got a Thai massage, but very different than the usual style. No notice that there was another person going to share a space with him. His masseuse was also texting and making calls during his session. Disappointing massage from a place with spa in the name. Prices were not worth the quality. Not a spa. Do not come here for a spa.

Was very cute and offered a ride to our room with baggage service. Was a very nice pool

The pool was open until late but so many bugs which made us not want to swim.

The hotel had a lovely salt water swimming pool! The room we stayed in was very spacious, and clean! The staff were all very lovely! The breakfast had a variety of foods! I love that the hotel does alot of eco-friendly steps to reduce their carbon footprint! We also had a lovely Thai massage, which really hit the spot after a long day of driving!

The shower didn't have a door, so water got everywhere! The pressure of the shower heads could be better.

Lovely hotel and restaurant. The staff were great and the rooms a good size.

    Nothing springs to mind.

Everything..Rooms nice. One of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in.Pool area and pool great, unfortunately the pool bar was closed. The staff was amazing. Food great.Wine bar amazing. Absolutly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Only downside was that we could not have our meals sitting outside. The restaurant was only inside area and it was a bit cold. It needed some cozyness and an option for wanting to sit outsidr in the beatiful Weather.

Location of the hotel was not too far from the Historical Park.

Bathroom was stinky, stuffy and unclean. Rooms were quite old compared to the pictures online.

Helpful staff, clean room, amazing pool, nice breakfast (loots of variety, both western and Thai food available); the pick-up and drop-off from / to Old Sukhothai Town really comes in handy; Overall great hotel!!

There was a bit of an odd smell in the room (humidity maybe) but wouldn’t describe it as a deal breaker… more of a minor inconvenience. It would disappear as soon as you opened the windows

there is parking available, hotel is very pleasant and has nice design, room was very spacious, large bed, both bath and shower, great swimming pool, there were some nice snacks i the room for us, lots of options for breakfast, staff was very helpful and helped me with some arrangements with other hotels.

Don´t book a standard room! We made the mistake and it was a room with urine rests on the closet and mold on the wall. We complained and got for the same price a room in the higher category. This was good!

    9EllaPosted on: 12-7-2023

Really friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The pool was very relaxed and a nice space with great views:) The shuttle to the historical park was really well organised and perfect for enjoying the festival of Loy Krathong which had events on every day.Room was comfy and local snacks and water restocked (glass bottles) was a really nice touch. Liked the sustainability aspects here.

Limescale and tired decor, more vegetatian dinner options would make this a 10/10

    8AndrewPosted on: 8-8-2023

    Spacious, great bed, nice pool.

Room booked on booking site, showed view of a lovely field and mountains. Unfortunately didn’t get this, apparently error on site, but hotel moved us to a pool view instead.
