A beautiful setting in a very convenient location

Too many places where you have to step up or downand lighting makes it difficult to see some of them. Plus to leave the room required an above average step down.

I only spent about 24 hours here but I loved the location - so close to the ancient ruins I was there to see. Also the property is just beautiful. I swam in the pool, had a massage in the spa, and enjoyed two meals in the restaurant. Everything was top notch.

My only complaint was that the floor in my room was very squeaky. I couldn't walk anywhere int he room without hearing the floorboards creak loudly. But this could also be a feature rather than a flaw.

Huge property with a good size pool and bar. The rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely decorated (traditional Thai style with dark wood). The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was good and had lots of options and it is a great location, with only a 4 minute drive to the historic park. Not much restaurants around except for a local Thai place or the hotel restaurant.

There is a window above the door that allowed the light from outside to pour in. This disrupted our sleep and should be considered covering by the company.

Facility was OK.

Bed was too hard to sleep, even though I requested a soft bed. Restaurant staff was rude to me and my family and we had to report her to management to be properly seated for the New Year dinner. Got a really bad foot massage.

Staffs were kind and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting the historical park and near by areas. Easily access to the old town and markets, especially when came during special event. Cozy vibes inside the hotel.

The room was fine but not quite clean, especially in the bathroom. Kind of worst thing staying there was the noise around both from near by rooms (when opening and closing doors) and from the vehicles commuting on the main road.

Everything the location is Perfect walking distance to the Historical Park and the street night markets.thanks to the whole staff .

Our room was right next to the pool which meant we couldn't really have windows open with privacy. Noisy people at the pool at night sometimes.

Good location and good value. Hotel swimming pool was nice to have and check in was smooth and the staffs were all friendly

The breakfast buffet was mostly the same for the 2 days we stayed there. A little more variety (especially more vegetarian options) would have been great

Booked 3 nights, 1 night in a ''Deluxe twin'', afterwards we booked another 2 nights 3 days later in a ''Premier deluxe'' that was almost the double from price as our Deluxe twin(1 night), the price not worth due it was more small!, both rooms the airco needed maintenance, very dusty inside and on the remote you could almost not see the figures on it anymore, both aircos noisy, something inside was constantly rattling, no safe inside the room(4star hotel), after heavy rain water from outside came inside the room from the outside door. The pool to small for such a big hotel(many rooms). The breakfast is based on guests for 1 night, no variation in terms of breakfast, not extensive enough if you stay for several days, we ordered coffee from the bar(extra payment, ok this i agree) but it took almost 10 mnt's before served one by one, the food for dinner was ok but we asked starter first and main course afterwards, they brought all in one time, so staff needs more training. The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment! Another hotel we stayed (also 4 stars) 3 months ago is night and day difference with this hotel.

The environment. The bridge that goes over the river is so beautiful. Very well decorated. Staff members were amazing. The buffet was really good. We decided to do dinner in the restaurant, and the food was excellent. The night show is a nice touch. Loved the rooms the pool was very nice.

There is a big problem with message center. It is situated under one of the small wooden bungalows. Every time we were there the bungalow above was occupied by family with little children which made the experience very. unpleasant that even the workers where apologising again and again..

Fabulous Thai style resort with the lampan river running through the grounds. Beautiful swimming pool and great breakfast. Very good value and superb dinner at the hotel.

Beautiful property and beautiful room with balcony overlooking ruins behind the hotel. The place feels and looks very luxurious. Breakfast was good. We visited the first week of June and had the place pretty much to ourselves. I could imagine the pool getting over-crowded when the hotel is fully booked.
