The Wing Boutique Hotel Chaing Mai

What my partner and I liked about this hotel is the location and the very friendly staff. This hotel was overall a good experience and we had a good time staying there.

The one thing we had a little but of an issue is the cleanliness. We noticed there was black mold/build up and we actually took off the shower head to give it a clean.

Very nice and big rooms

There is not much to do at this location but it’s close to a lot of places

The hotel is clean, beautiful, quiet, and the staff are warm and attentive

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no ramp at the entrance, making it very inconvenient to carry luggage up the steps. Luckily, there were staff

The staff was really nice, and the location was close to the center. Other than that, nothing. To be completely honest, the staff really tried to accommodate us but the hotel is terrible and it is not their fault.

Almost every single thing - we switched 3 rooms in a 2 nights stay because 2 of the rooms had ants infestation (I found ants on the bed!!! And in the bathroom). The standard of hygiene is subpar at best. The beds were not comfortable and the charging outlets were not working well in all the rooms we had. The wifi DOES NOT WORK and the internet reception in the rooms is terrible despite working completely fine off the property. Again, the staff was really kind and apologetic about the ants in the rooms but there was nothing that could be done otherwise. Not worth the money we paid, not worth any money at all in our opinion! Stay away from this place.

Location, friendly services, clean and value of money

Breakfast was perfectly adequate. The location was very convenient for exploring the old city. There were several excellent but cheat restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful. The laundry service was very efficient and reasonably priced. Th television in the room even had an English movie channel.

There was building work going on to improve the property so sometimes it was very noisy when I stayed in the room.

They don't offer breakfast but do have fruit, cookies toast and tea.

A bit of a walk from the center (15-17 min). There was loud construction during my stay.

Amazing location and overall it’s an awesome property, very clean, friendly staff

We liked everything, clean, well facilitated, comfortable, nice and welcoming stuff.

Nothing, if I had to say something, I would recommend to add some variety to the continental breakfast.

It was clean, quite and in good area

Location, staff, room

Great value for money, a central location, and a great room. The staff were very nice and helpful. There is a transparent wall between the shower and the bedroom, which was an advantage for us.

. The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the room is very clean. ✨

The closet was filthy with peeling paint.

The staff is super nice and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Bed was comfortable

Toilet hand sprayer leaked, shower head leaked, and there were ants in my roomPlus the building was under construction and not easy to findBreakfast was bad

Location is fantastic, rooms are clean, staff is cordial

There were renovations on the front entrance (very close to our rooms) that began every day at 8am. We were not told of that in advance. One of the rooms had a bad odor of mold. There were many ants in the other room. Rooms were TINY.

I enjoyed the room size and the quietness in the evenings after a day out exploring.

They don't really have 'breakfast', but that's okay, there are convenience stores nearby that you can easily grab a light snack as an alternative.

Great value. Free coffee, toast, cereal, banana.

I was on the first floor and gardening was happening outside my window

This is one of the best hotels I stayed at. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, modern, luxurious and comfortable. There is free breakfast available every morning. It's basic, but it's free and it's enough to make you full in the morning. You can also book trips in the hotel with 10% discount. And all that for really a low room price.
