Lamphu House Chiang Mai

Excellent location!! Great staff that was able to communicate with me in English. Clean rooms and an excellent comp Breakfast!!! Love the place. Easy access to night markets and shopping. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

The room was clean. Staff is friendly. Pool is nice just a little bit cold for this date we were. I really liked the location and that it's just in a quite road a little further from main road which is 3 minutes of walk so it was not loud. Parking for motorcycle is free not sure about car parking.

Walls are thin so you could hear everything. Bed was made of bamboo which is nice but wasn't that confortable and it squeaks when you turn around.

Bathroom was dirty and smelled like pee, walls were filthy, and it was super noisy outside with paper thin walls despite it being on a quiet road. They only gave us one pillow each Too expensive for what you get. If I’m paying 80$/night in Bangkok I expect a lot more. Way better deals elsewhere, kinda disappointed

The location was good, close to the main city attractions. Pool area was nice. Room service every day, for breakfast you have to select the meal, there is no swedish table.

Hotel needs a little investment to be a 10/10, the room detailing was not nice, the bathroom seemed not the cleanest one.

They would nickel and dime for everything. Do you want a glass of ice they charge you there are no washcloths in the room. There’s no coffee in the room. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Just not very many amenities. Normally when I stay at places in Chiang Mai you have an abundance of amenities. It just seemed like they nickel and dime me for everything.

The room waa quite big and it had a nice pool view.Location of the hotel was really good.And the staff was very helpful and always smiling.

Hand soap in the bathroom would be good.

Location waa perfect, close to temples, 7-11, nice restaurants and cafes, boutiques and especially Sunday Night Market. It was very good value and the staff was excellent.

Breakfast was OK but tbere could be more varieties. There could be hand soap dispensers near the sink in the bathroom.

The location is strategic. Within 3km perimeter all the good restaurant and cafe is accessible. The staff is so friendly and helpful. In whole, the vibe in lamphu is great and cheerful. Definite recommend to anyone coming to Chiang Mai

The pool was amazing, the bathroom was my favorite part. The room felt very open and spacious. We were right next to the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was so perfect!

The food was average.

A wonderful surprise that you don't expect as you walk up the quiet side street. I was amazed by how quiet the property is even though you are only one block from the busy Sunday market. The location cannot be beat in the Old City. I highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and the location is perfect for the night market and the historic temple. There is a ton to do within walking distance. The access to the pool from the room was awesome. It is like a little oasis and you would not know you are in the center of a city. The accomodations were comfortable and clean.

Pool accessibility is challenging if you aren't very mobile. There is only one ladder in and out and it has no grip. It was difficult to enjoy our patio because smoking is allowed on your patio and it wafts over into other rooms and spaces. It would be nice if there was a smoking area so our room didn't smell like smoke.

Location, location, location! And to top it off, the staff were super friendly and communication was great! Bed was comfortable and the pool was an added bonus.

The location of this hotel is amazing! You are steps away from the Sunday market and one of the important temples in Chiang Mai. The room was of a good size and was very clean. There is a fridge and all the usual amenities as well. The staff is friendly.

The only thing I'd mention here is definitely not going to be a problem for everyone but the room we had had so much light go through it at night. The bathroom had a window that led to a hall and you'd get all that light which was hard to sleep with.
