- I stayed here in 2020 (just before Covid), and they served the most beautiful breakfasts (menu) which were included in the price. Now in 2024 they've changed to buffet style and it was a big disappointment compared to how delicious the breakfasts used to be.

Staff great, it was quite and comfortable. Great value for money as the room is HUGE and was easy to relax in after hot day exploring or doing my trail run.

I don’t love nimman anymore. it’s just too crowded. not the properties fault and if you come to Chiang Mai you should stay here. wasn’t a huge fan of the pillows as they were pretty thick and hard but for many they would love them. the large tv would be great if they had Netflix.

the smell of toilet!!! really strong… maybe it’s coming from sewage. If none, this place is perfect…
Loved the experience of staying in this cozy little place.Location is great, one minute walk to Ristretto and One Nimman.
The room is really clean and comfortable. The location is really good - just 2 minutes walk in a small alley to Nimman road. I really love the bath tub, and the room layout.
The room is quite dark for working. I had to attend an online webinar, and found that all the room lights did not help. So, I did not recommend if you want to stay here for work. But really recommend for sleeping and relaxing.I still love this place anyway ?
