Hotel De Sripoom

Personal was very kind, also available for small talk. When my room had some technical difficulties they were quick in repairing it. It was less luxurious that some other hotels ive been in, but no less pleasant by all means.

It would have been nice if i were offerent another room while my airco was being repaired. But to be fair, there was no night where i was left uncomfortable temperature wise. So in the end, my stay nor my vacation were impacted and they did act fast and appropriate.

The location was amazing and we could walk pretty much the entire old town (within the moat of the city). We loved our room, which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The pool was lovely, but a bit too chilly for us to use in the evening. It also had a nice little garden off the pool and as birdwatchers we were delighted to see some unfamiliar birds each morning there! My only caveat is that there was a sign in the bathroom advising us not to flush the toilet paper and to throw it away in the trash bin by the toilet. I realize this is something necessary due to the types of pipes, so it isn't a knock on the hotel in any way. Just something that we weren't quite prepared for. We had the room cleaned each day and didn't notice any smell.

Got the deal with great discount, did not expect to find a room so large with that much facilities (large Smart TV, bathtub, dedicated parking. The hotel is located in the center of the old town which is quite nice. Breakfast while not anything fancy is decent. Overall, the deal was great.

The street in which hotel situated is very narrow and very easy to miss which I did and have to drive around to get back, so best for walking (but hotel does have parking lot).

Breakfast was good, rooms clean, modern and spacious.Bathroom was good and plenty hot water.

The balcony for my room wasn't really a balcony, had to leave my room and go across the hall to sit which had a close up view of a shed roof.

One staff member rude and uninterested in helping guest! Slender girl with short hair and glasses. The rest of staff very kind and helpful!

Small boutique hotel in a central location with everything you could ask for. Very friendly and helpful staff

The property was very clean, staff were lovely and the location was great. We had a really great stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it.

We had no complaints.

THE HOTEL IS ONLY A SMALL BOUTIQUE PROPERTY ITS LOCATED IN A QUIET BACK STREET THEY HAVE A CARPARK NEXT DOOR TO THE HOTEL

THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY VERY POOR

Nice well equipped room with a bath. No view or private balcony. Breakfast was good. Let down by old worn out towels.

Can not recommend

It was in a poor location. The toilet was broken and they tried to fix it twice but it never worked. The water in the shower could not be regulated. It would start out warm and then go scorching hot or freezing cold.

Location was decent near night market

We booked a family room with 1 king and 1 single bed. The single bed mattress was horrible. It felt like sleeping on a hammock without any support. Breakfast was minimal altho staff was friendly. Don’t expect anything from the staff. English TV channels didn’t work, no ice available either

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were quite greedy and not very accommodating. The noise levels were unbearable, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, the shower head in my room was in poor condition and definitely needs to be replaced.

Comfortable. Nice big clean rooms. Good location. I would recommend not choosing a room on the main floor close to the pool, a little noisy and washroom has a bit of sewage smell that the higher floors do not. Pool was nice but chilly as it is in partial shade.

The breakfast was ok it's a smaller hotel kinda hard to find if you didn't know the area I would stay there again

The hotel has such a convenient location in the old town, we walked everywhere and had many options for breakfast/lunch in the surroundings. The room with the balcony and the swimming pool view was very nice and cosy.

We would have appreciated a wider variety of breakfast options, but fortunately, there are plenty of nearby places to eat. Also, the swimming pool gets sun in the morning but is shaded later in the day due to a high wall beside it. Additionally, it’s not heated, so the water can be quite chilly!
