Cheeva Dee Hotel

The hotel is very quaint and cozy for being a small hotel. Staff is very attentive to any requests or needs. Hotel overall is very clean and upkept throughout the day. Pool was great as well especially with the heat in the city.

Served with good breakfast and clean room.

Using the sprinkler for shower wets the toilet seat.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast portions were very generous. The facilities were well kept and clean.

The location was good (in the old city) but the dinning options in the area are a bit limited.

A small cozy hotel tucked away from busy streets, I had a comfortable stay with good bed and 2 choices of pillows. Having a dip in the small but well maintained swimming pool was refreshing at the end of hot days. Accommodating front desk staff had me early checked in which was much appreciated after my trip from Lamphun.

We travel regularly and the experience we had was wonderful. All the staff was nice and willing to help.Do not hesitate.And the location is just perfect to visit Old Chiang Mai.

1.No twin beds provided, offered us 2 quilts, nice service2.Welcome drink/snack was good, water bottle unlimited provided3.Clean and has a small balcony4.Breakfast is offered by set menu, all is delicious; they also offer to-go box when we leaving for early one-day tour

1.Whole floor is too slippery not only room but bath room, suggest providing the rubber slipper for bath room2.Water was not hot and the pressure was insufficient in our room

Although the location was in old town but very secluded. I did not feel comfortable to walk in dark.

Horrible balcony and appalling food

The atmosphere of the hotel is reminiscent of a boutique establishment, giving it a very cozy feel. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was amazing; it's much better to order from the menu rather than opt for a buffet.Additionally, the hotel is located right next to the temple, providing easy access to both the Old City and Nimman.

The staff were great. I was even in a rush one morning for a tour and they were amazing. They quickly packed some breakfast for me to take away on the tour.

Very good service from start to finish. Clean facilities and room cleaned daily. Very comfortable bed. Nice and spacious room. Good breakfast with enough options not to go bored.

Some neutral points: As with most Thai hotels the doors are not sealed properly, meaning you can hear everything that goes on outside the room quite well. Not really a big problem for us, but did wake up a few times in the morning from other people talking or slamming their doors. Night time it was very quiet.Although the pool looks great, it's in the shade all day so it's quite cold. No real sunbeds too, so not the place if you want to lounge by the pool and get a tan.

Great location, wonderful breakfast. Walking distance to good restaurants, sites, coffee, supermarket, everything that you need. Nice quiet street with outlook.

The breakfast ala-carte buffet is great! The bathroom is clean. Location is not bad, a very short walk to the night market near Wat Pra Singh.

Bed was squeaky, otherwise will stay here again.

The property was well maintained. The pool is not heated and it’s beautiful but couldn’t use it.
