Super comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, great value. Very helpful and friendly staff. Bikes for use around town.

Water couldnt get hot enough to take a bath so although theres a bathtub you cant really use it. Not super close to everything.

Well design, especially enjoyed the green common area.

The staff were amazing. The facilities were on point. I will be back.

I feel that if they reopen the on site restaurant it would make this the perfect hotel. Also the number of English speaking tv channels are very limited.

Location was a bit far from Chang mai central however you can get Grabs/Bolts which are relatively cheap and are very quick in dropping and picking up .

It was not a hotel grade but rather conversion from condominium.Drop off was not convenient

The cleanliness, the pool, the staff

The bed was a bit too hard for me but at the end I got used to it.

The property is clean, smells good throughout our stay. The pool is amazing and so are the staff. Only downside is there's no restaurant at the hotel, but you can order food online if you just want to stay in. We even extended one night just to chill at the pool and relax.

It's a bit far from the old town but the quiet, relaxing vibe made up for it. If I can add a suggestion, the room needs hooks for hanging wet towels, clothes etc.

A bit far from old town where all the action actually is but bolt available easily and not very expensive.The room is very large and spacious. A sofa bed would be a great addition to the property.

Very pretty and modern

Inconsistent hot water in the bathroom which made for uncomfortable showers. The pool gets little to no sun.

The room size is bigger than normal. Everything was spotless clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a small gym, but it is good enough for most resistance and cardio exercises.

The bathroom instant water heater was not stable. The temperature of the water fluctuated from hot to cold frequently during my shower.

Room was very spacious and clean. Property is reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, no breakfast at the hotel currently and the bathroom was a little dated. Hot water didn’t work - had to ask for it to be fixed which they did respond and deal with quickly. The water was still temperamental after. It is a 40min walk to the more central part of chiang mai which isn’t a criticism of the hotel but something to be aware of.

Nearly everything was perfect, staff couldn't have been more friendly, room was beautiful and spacious and location good. WiFi good too.

2 things pool was really cold, although lovely surrounding area (wasn't in the sun but that's OK) and I specially booked this hotel for the bath and the water wasn't hot enough so had to use the kettle to make it warmer. A shame but only a minor fault.

Overall we enjoyed are stay in this hotel, only the staff could be more friendly.

Staff is not very friendly and barely speak English. Were not really helpful or supportive in basic activities.

The hotel was amazing the rooms were really big and always clean and it was 10-15 minutes from the main square so good location.

The pool area was completely in the shade so we were unable to use this facility as we wanted to be in the sun so that was a shame
