Great location and so clean and posh, staff was amazing. The hotel itself is soo relaxing we ended up just hanging out there a lot of nights instead of going out. Breakfast is a bonus and no details go unnoticed here

I like the Hotel's location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable as you get hot breakfast every morning and they have 4 bikes you can borrow and use for self exploration of old city Chiang Mai.

The hotel was a very nice surprise in a great part of the Old City. I got a great rate on a last-minute trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was very charming little property, just steps from the Sunday Farmers Market, and bustling restaurants and bars.

Good location Good value

The room was better than expected. Althought the location was not in the main street, it was very close. Easy to walk around and a good place to rest.

It was a good place for the price. Nothing to add.

Great location with value for money, quite during day and night, great breakfast and very friendly staff. I personally liked the nice decoration and the value for money. Our room was very spacious and cozy .

Beautiful room with an enclosed shower - something seemingly uncommon in Thailand. We lucked out with a balcony, which we really enjoyed!The location was great, surrounded by restaurants but not too busy. The staff is very sweet and helpful. We paid for breakfast a few days of our stay and it was great! We wished we’d had it all 5 days of our stay.

The wifi could be better.

Location and amenities were great. Tour groups picked up from the hotel. Everywhere we wanted to go was accessible by a short walk or grab ride. Four waters were provided every day, which was much appreciated.

Great breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, toast and eggs. Other options were available. And the Coffee was fantastic. Hotel is off the main roads and a little tricky to find at first. However, it was quiet throughout the day. They do have beer available while you sit around the pool when not visiting Chiang Mai. The staff was absolutely awesome and did arrange for a taxi for me to get back to the airport.

Nothing really. I could say the rooms were a touch spartan but that would be harsh. Fact is this is a great place.

Perfect location, the owner , or I think the owner ( woman who is there for breakfast ) is fantastic and super helpful. She contacted our excursion companies to coordinate for us and was just so kind and warm.

Good location although there could be a larger lit sign that would be able to be seen from the street corner.

Taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel One entrance from the alley off the Main Street should be the directions given on the hotel card. The other street , down a dark meandering lane was not a good choice for taxis to drop off.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. It was a holiday so places booked up fast and we were lucky to get this spot for one night.

Just that it was fully booked and we couldn’t stay longer.

Convenient location, pretty central in the old town. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Room didn’t really have any windows.

Lovely quiet small hotel, with good facilities. Room was clean and spacious. Local facilities and attractions were all in easy walking distance. Great breakfast.

Lovely boutique hotel. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful indeed especially Nan! Bed was comfortable and room was exceptionally clean.

Would be better if they had food during lunch and dinner as they only served breakfast. But overall the experience was good! Will definitely recommend to my friends.

The bed was very comfortable and big and the shower was great and water were always hot. Overall a great place to stay.

The room was quite dark, there were no shelves or place to put our clothes and belongings nor was a place to put our own toiletries in the shower. We were staying at the second floor so that wasn’t a problem but there is no elevator

Clean, cool rooms. Lovely pool. Excellent, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Excellent location - very central and well located. Fabulous stay.
