The staff were amazing. The building & room is beautiful.

The location is far away from town & the hallways are very echoey, which is unfortunate when you have noisy neighbours.

Room was clean and as expected. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a wide variety but it did get very crowded and was difficult to order eggs and get to the buffet through the crowd. The location is fine but not very close to the old town if you’re wanting to walk.

What I did not like had nothing to do with the hotel. It is with you Booking.Com. When I made my booking you stated I would have a free private taxi to my hotel. You did not state that I have to book it. So, we got there and there was not taxi waiting. We took a taxi to the hotel. I was trying to see if I can use this offer on return to the Airport. The big issue I have is that there no way to speak or communicate with you. I wrote on your website on the customer care page, but I heard from no one. I did not get to use the taxi offer. I was very frustrated not able to communicate. All your communication "NO-Reply.

Very nice rooms, breakfast, and reception area.

Location is not idea on the busy ring road and about 2KMs from the old city.The pool area is not very inviting or green. There are a number of pools each separated by a strip of concrete. Some ground-floor rooms have a balcony opening onto the pool area so you might feel like you're in someone's private pool!Strangely, when you come from your room to the reception or to the breakfast area, you walk across the pool area - not such an issue I guess most of the time but if it is raining hard, you will need to carry an umbrella to go for breakfast!

This is located away from the night market and getting to and from you have to rely on taxis. Pool is not heated and is small and the photos are misleading since the pool is only at the front of some rooms and not all around the hotel. Breakfast options could improve

very clean and comfortable facilitie specialy the ground floor rooms wich i upgraded cus the standerd room was not very clean like the ground ones

there was one incident that was disrespectful that happend to me wich is when o finished my breakfast in a hurry and took a bnana and a tost to go then the employee told me it is not allowed by our policy to take a bnana and a tost to go from the breakfast, wich i paid for and this is really bothering and i didnt see this in any of my 25 years of traveling even in same 7 star hotels in dubai and the middle east

Breakfast was very good.The room was comfortable, there were a few very minor repairs required.The pool/s looked good.

It was located on a very busy road which I did not find ideal.

Our room was actually lovely, we had an upstairs and a downstairs with balconies on both, the downstairs one is entry to the pool which is nice.

Location wasn't the best, it's literally on a highway. Also, if you smoke and have got a balcony for this reason, it's worth noting there are designated smoking areas and they do not allow smoking on balconies (no.idea why not)Also, I don't eat meat so when I asked for an omelette, I specifically said NO HAM and pointed out all the veggies and cheese to show that's what I wanted and removed the ham. My omelette had ham in it. I was so upset, I didn't even bother complaining, it was my last day and I just wanted out of there. The first time I've ever consumed pork in my life ?

Iguess that the total environment was, for us, quite acceptable, being 2 people travelling on to different places in Thailand. I qwould certainly stay there again.

The breakfast was enjoyable, though the variety of dishes didn’t change much over the 7-night stay. The room was clean and the swimming pool was lovely.

The soundproofing was poor, with constant noise from the nearby road. The shower system also had issues with maintaining a consistent water temperature. During our stay, it was either too hot or too cold, making showering quite a frustrating experience.We were ok with all those things, but the staff!! After 7 nights stay, we were surprised at check-out with an additional charge of 2000 THB for changing the bedsheets.During our stay, my 18-month-old baby had a small accident and wet the bed. I immediately called reception to request fresh bedsheets, and the staff replaced them without mentioning any extra charge at the time. It’s important to note that there was no visible damage – no odor, stains, or wetness on the mattress. However, just as we were leaving for the airport, the hotel suddenly informed us of this fee, which was almost as high as the daily room rate.I believe such charges should only apply if there is permanent damage preventing the room from being rented, which was clearly not the case here.

Ok hotel but not as good as we expected. "Deluxe garden view" room had a view to the wall and was dark in general. towels in the bathroom were old and grey. Breakfast is very generic and not tasty

General a very presant stay, my family enjoy very much. The variety of food in breakfast buffet is enough for 3 days, the room is spacious, the pool is clean. You have everything you need in hotel. Although my room is just beside the main road, still quiet enough for me to have a good rest.

You have to grab a car everytime you go out. But in general Chiangmai is not a very walkable city and the city also have not much public transportation, so it is ok. The staff are not super good in English, but they will try their best to serve you, just make sure they understand your request would be fine.

Beautiful and modern Hotel. Room are excellent….big and friendly eqipment.The staff more then friendly and helpful.Breakfast…WOW…..one of the best from all the hotel’s where i stay in the last 8 year.The 3 Pool amazing and perfect for long course swimming.
