SYN Boutique Hotel

The facilities are amazing, and very clean. The breakfast was great, you can get your eggs and drinks to order and the pool was perfect.There was a free shuttle to the shopping mall, and no request was too much hassle for the staff.Would highly recommend!

Staff. It is 5-star hotel with all the facilities you expect, but the people there are more than extraordinary.I was at a store and needed a copy of my passport for a tax refund (I didn’t have it with me). So, I called the hotel since they had a copy, and in short – the way they handled this delicate situation was perfect. They acted like true professionals with great emphasis on the security of my personal data. Hats off to them!

Very clean and has a great ambience. Close to lots of things to eat/see/do.

Sound proofing between rooms is horrible. Airplanes flying overhead are really loud too.

I didn't opt for breakfast at the hotel, but I really appreciated the staff's help throughout my stay - particularly Gui! He recommended two restaurants that were incredible and took the time to help us ensure we were comfortable! The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathtub was amazing and came with bath salts! Loved everything, super clean, super comfy and they set up Netflix for me too which was great!

I didn't use the gym because the equipment was limited, but i didn't mind that.

Bad

You have to pay for everything. Even changing the sheets. You can't take breakfast on the go, you can only eat it at the hotel. If you take a sandwich, you'll have to pay 150 baht, even if you pay for breakfast.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean , customer service was excellent also the choice at breakfast was outstanding

a new, stylish und very comfortable City Hotel.Staff, Management Food n Beverage fantastic, especially the breakfast is top notch.Fast connection from the airport and easy to walk to the nightlife and entertainment scenery.

The airport is near and the runway is in the direction of the hotel.The Gym is the tinies I`ve ever trained in. Nearly zero effectively.

Nice spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Minor things. Only one towel hook in bathroom, no soap dish and couldn’t figure out how to turn on just the bathroom lights.

Location is good, and the staff are nice and helpful. Their check out policy is excellent, the check out time depends on your check in time, i e if you check in at 10pm, you can check out at 10pm.

The hot water for shower is not hot enough.

Clean, modern hotel. Location out of the immediate city with good access to surrounding attractions and the airport.

Staff languages were more geared towards Chinese and Korean visitors. The hotel manager (Bond) very helpful though.

Staff are thoughtful, friendly, and professional. Room and public spaces are bright and cheerful. We've stayed on several trips to Chiang Mai. Consistently reflects excellent value.

Bread at breakfast was not fresh. Small fitness center. Room lacks an explanation of how to control the lights and the air conditioning which are both complicated. A good 10 minute walk to Maya Plaza.

Room was comfortable and people was nice in hotel, location is a little far from the center, but it's quiet and transportation is convenient.

Insufficient water pressure in bathroom

The staff of the hotel were extremely warm and friendly. Check in process was smooth. The room was clean and very modern. The beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool is very Instagram worthy.

When you check out, the staff will suddenly tell you that you have broken something and ask you for compensation. It is

All especially facilities and the illogically hotel procedure. The facilities actually are very old and look like without any maintenance. The water pressure is very weak which only water drop comes out from the shower. The shower temperature is not stable. Don’t trust the photos which the swimming pool does not the same as the photos shown by the website. The sound insulation among rooms is not good too and you will hear clearly what is talking of your next room.

stylish hotel, very instagramable. 5 stars services for the reception supervisor. Kind and polite. Also, for the bell boys, they are very helpful.

Unfortunately, there is a reception girl called Fay, she is very rude to customers. During my 4 days stay, she never greet, or smile or even look at me in the front. Treat customer like air. Showing attitude that make me feel being discriminated. She is polite ONLY to the customers comes from US or Europe. For other Chinese customers, advices to you, think twice before you make the booking. I hope management in future hire the right people, not those who don’t have a service mindset or simply a racist.

Breakfast is not up to our expectations where there is no variety.

Staff were very sweet. Swimming pool was very nice. Room was comfortable.
