Nuan Boutique Hotel

This was one of our best stays in Thailand. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast spread was great. It had dishes from western and thai cuisine as well. The rooms were quite big and comfortable.

The room was really clean, nice and big, the bed really comfortable and the shower was great

The location, the modern feel of the hotel, the room itself and the staff. The staff were great from the beginning, the room was perfect for one night staying in CM. Clean and had everything I needed. Would recommend for anyone visiting CM

The pool. Not a deal breaker however the pool area was very small and unless it’s empty I wouldn’t have used it however that’s just me.

The hotel is well located, next to the entrance of the old town. You can walk everywhere easily. The quality of the hotel is perfect with very kind and helpful staff. The room very high standard with nice bathroom and super large room well decorated.

It is very comfy, clean and modern. The location is great. Close to the night market. The staff are friendly and polite.

No adapter provided in the room. The property is facing to power pole.

Great location for night between connecting flights The staff are so helpful And the hotel really is beautiful- full of charm and character. Lots of eateries nearby and it’s a really clean part of Bangkok Staff is amazing and very helpful Good value, and we would stay again if we could get a bigger room

The room was very small and difficult to move around in with your luggage

The view was beautiful and the room was very nicely designed. The folded towel designs were a nice touch. The location is quite a dark walk at night and taxis have a hard time finding it. However, it is very close to the night market and a short walk to the silver temple

There were stains on the couch, dark stains on the pillows (which I found the first night), sticky residue and dirty spots on the windows. The sheets felt like there was sand in them, and the towels were scratchy and lighty stained. The pool was quite cloudy. As a boutique hotel, I understand there are fewer resources, but I checked out early as I felt there were too many things that bothered me. I also left items there and have been unable to receive a response from the hotel by phone or through booking.com

The hotel is very nice, with an elevator and a pool! Clean, large room, and good shower. The staff are nice but don't know much English.

The breakfast is not very good..the coffee is bad ! the location is just OK.. hard to find and is not really walking distance to anywhere.

Underwhelming experience & overpriced

The room looks abit under maintained for a fairly new hotel. The toilet is small, and the fixtures are broken. We booked the deluxe room with a balcony, expecting a good view. Instead we got a view of the electricity lines. Wanted some fresh air to come in but the balcony door is broken and couldn’t open at all?. The entire hotel had an unpleasant smell (probably not well ventilated). Overall the experience was underwhelming. Would not recommend for the price we paid.

On a positive note, the hotel's location is convenient, and there is available parking. However, beyond this, the management needs a serious overhaul focused on customer service. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel and will not waste my time or money on such subpar service again.

This hotel, despite its numerous positive reviews, has proven to be an extraordinarily disappointing experience. There is an astonishing disregard for the basic needs of guests seeking rest and comfort. First off, the floor housing my room was undergoing renovations, resulting in constant loud noise from drilling, hammering, and general commotion in neighboring rooms, even late into the night at 12 AM. I struggled to get any sleep during both nights of my stay due to this incessant noise. Moreover, when I reached out to the staff for assistance, they were completely unresponsive to my requests to address the situation and allow me some peace.To add insult to injury, the pool was closed during my visit. It’s unacceptable to charge full price for a hotel stay when you can’t deliver on the promised amenities. As for breakfast, it fell disappointingly short of expectations—more akin to what you’d find at a hostel than a hotel. While I understand that taste is subjective, the quality was simply not up to standard. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was clogged, and after notifying the staff, they neglected to address the issue, which exemplifies a troubling lack of care for their guests.

Great location. Good design for family. Clean, comfortable and helpful. Nice breakfast. Within the silver district for great shopping.

The balcony was extremely close to an electric power converter. It didn’t feel safe.

Location was great, and the market on a Friday night right on your doorstep. Coffee machine great addition. Loved getting botteled water.

The breakfast was okay, not enough fruit and no joghurt, they had lovely mango and watermelon on the street, would expect to have some at breakfast.

The location was great, especially as we stayed Saturday when the night market was on and right outside the hotel.

The breakfast options were limited and ran out quickly.

Very easy to get to and from the airport, very close. Vey close to the South Gate and right on Wualai Rd for the Saturday night walking street market

Only downside is it can be tricky to access if the driver doesn't know the area well enough. Google maps show it as a through road to Wualai Rd (and it is if you're a scooter) otherwise the access is off a rear street.
