-Everyone was nice and helpful, comfortable and good location-They let me check in from 9:30am for free-The staff were supper helpful and helped me plan my solo travel

-Towels smells bad but they changed it right away but it was still smelling bad but not as bad as the first set of towels-No slippers in the room so I had to ask for them, they brought one but it seems like it was used -I arrived at the hotel at 4:30 am and no one is around, I called the emergency number but no one answered so I have to wait till 7:30 am, for 3 hours so I could check in. (Partially my bad as I didn’t inform the hotel in advance and I informed them the day before late at night)

Spacious and clean. Quiet area of town Laundromat right across the street with delicious French bakery next door while waiting for your clothes to dry.Very helpful staff.

There is a bar next door that was a tiny bit loud on weekend nights. Not too bad though.

A great stay, look was lovely, location very good, jacuzzi bath worked excellent and the bed was quite comfortable. Was very happy with the stay overall.

The balcony is great to have but the view is not one to romanticize.

Almost everything was okay and meet my expectations.I love the jacuzzi in the bathroom.

The elevator didn’t work when we arrived at midnight so we need to take the stairs to the 3rd floor carrying our big and heavy luggages along. Nobody was in the front desk to assist us.

Very professional, helpful staff, comfortable room with a jacuzzi, excellent location on the corner of the old city. AllModern conveniences with antique furnishings. Great place to spend nights in the amazing city of Chiang Mai.

This hotel is great! The rooms are beautifully styled, and the location is good as well, about a 15 minute walk to the center of the city. The staff was super friendly and kind, and accommodating for us when we did late checkout. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Chiang Mai and wanting to be in walking distance from everything. The pool was also clean and relaxing. Thank you for a phenomenal stay—if I come to Chiang Mai again, I will be coming back!

Very good location, corner of the old town, bars, massage, restaurants nearby.

Water pressure not great, no food not even coffee in the hotel. The French bakery opposite is great, a life saver in the mornings!

Beds are hard. No breakfast

It’s the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Stunning furniture create a totally zen atmosphere of calm and relaxation. I felt so at home there I didn’t want to leave. Staff are the nicest people I’ve ever met!

The sun hits the pool area only in the morning between 9-1pm so not ideal if you planning to sunbathe all day. Only 2 loungers are available.

Great room, comfortable bed, good shower, the staff were very approachable and helpful.

No restaurant or bar. The location was annoying because even though it's right next to the old city, it's hard to walk because you have to walk all the way around the wall.

The room was so beautiful and had a wonderful slight aroma of incense when we arrived. The hotel in general is really beautiful and ornate. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Location is great, very easy to walk to attractions and marketplaces, but still very quiet and feels private.

Golf, the guy at the front desk is amazing! Very attentive everytime, he even booked us a taxi with his personal bolt account as we did not have the application. The hotel is well located, internet is amazing, beds and room very confi, great details, the pool is a great place to cool down while transitioning between morning and evening.

This is not a 4 star hotel, 3.5 star rating is more appropriate. No on site dining - looks like they lost their cook and haven’t re opened the dining room.

Beautiful rooms, clean bedding and towels daily. Right on the corner of the old town so good location. Comfortable bed and pillows.

No breakfast sadly, there is a restaurant on site but not currently in use.The pool area a bit sad… could do with some more plants and fairy lights and clear away the cleaning gear and ladders that are left out But still nice for a swim .

Near a loud bar but we could block out noise with earplugs so we slept well anyway. We thought there would be a spa since there is ‘spa’ in the name of the hotel though!

Lovely hotel and really lovely staff who helped me with printing my train ticket, which I really appreciated. Good location, no breakfast but a cafe and 7-eleven nearby so wasn't an issue for me. Room was huge and very comfortable; I'd stay here again.
