Comment is given on behalf of my mom as I booked this room with king size bed for her where she stayed 1 night only. She said the room was spacious and the location of this hotel is perfect as just 6 minutes walk to Maya shopping centre.

She doesn’t like the swimming pool is too close to the room. She would like to open the curtains but didn’t want to be seen at such a close distance.When she woke up in the morning, found herself has been bitten on hands, fingers and her back.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was good except that the coffee was through a machine and not brewed fresh. While it was beneficial to have breakfast on site, I would probably not do the extra charge to include it in the future. The pool looked wonderful, larger than others at hotels I've stayed at in Thailand, but I did not get a chance to try it out as I had just a quick stay.

If I was to stay again, I would likely not do the extra charge to include the breakfast buffet and instead just go eat breakfast out at a cafe or restaurant.

Room was simple and clean. Parking is very convenient. Location is good to access big mall and tourist places.

The reception should ask permission from customers before scanning their ID cards.

Great location near Ninman. Everything clean and well appointed. Good breakfast with Thai and Western food.

The bed was really comfortable. The air conditioning was very cool. The gym was well equipped.

The shower temperature was inconsistent at times. the breakfast was good but I would have preferred more Thai food. I am guessing the hotel caters to Chinese/Japanese/Korean tourists so they kept it somewhat "tame". Still a good breakfast - high quality and great selection. The location means there's some noise from cars, motorcycles and airplanes, but not much can be done about that.

The location was excellent for us and the room was cleaned every day. Very good

We needed an extra chair. Also, a little container to put waste in at the coffee area.

Prime area near shopping mall. Like the new wing. Everything is new.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very polite and helpful and the room was spotless and the gym was perfect in meeting my needs.

Some guests were very loud at night.

My room looked out on to the main road so there was a lot of noise from traffic.

Waitresses ,housekeepers ,and Bell boy are extremely polite.Location is excellent.

I wish to get a lower floor for my disability mum and nephew who use the. Wheel chairs.One of the bellboy so thoughtful.He offer us a plastic chair for our disability mum so she can be able to have a shower.Thank you very much .

Location is a little out of Chiang Mia but still can go any you like at a reasonable price. Room is very comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended.

Nothing at all.

Hotel was very conveniently located just at the fringe of nimman’s main strip, which is quieter and away from the hustle and bustle. It’s 3 mins away from Maya Mall as well. Property has a gym and a pool which is great! Rooms are massive and has an extra couch for you to laze around and a balcony to dry your laundry.

Nothing negative to bring up. But if I were to nitpick, they could provide a bit more water for each room.
