Great location, friendly staff and great breakfast!

Breakfast was okay.

Location is great. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate as well especially for early morning tours, it will suffice.

I suppose it’s value for budget.. the school across the street didn’t bother us at all- it was the thin wall and door between bedrooms that made the stay difficult. We could hear snoring and conversation from the guests next door often during the evening. The pictures are quite dated. The mattress if very very firm, so it’s worth noting for those who care. The pool area is not welcoming for a nice day to spend there.

Staff, and hotel is in the center of old town.

Close to school, which means you will have school announcement/broadcast every school day in the morning. If you are not a morning person, you should take this into consideration before you book.

This is a lovely boutique hotel very near 2 beautiful Buddhist temples, Watchediluang Varaviharn and close enough to Wat Phra Singh and the 3 kings statue to walk. It’s on an ok side street but if you go up to the next intersection it’s bustling with stores, temples, souvenir shops and of course massage places. The breakfast staff and food was great-they will make you a fresh omelette everyday and the coffee (machine) was a perfect start to the day. Our room was lovely, modern and clean. Bottles of water every day and cleaning staff is awesome as is the welcoming staff downstairs. There is a coffee shop in the lobby and they serve cakes, teas, coffees and sodas. Nice place with AC. We didn't use the pool or gym as the city is walkable. Overall, I wasn’t overly impressed with Old City but the temples and people made it worthwhile.

Great location. The street was mostly massage places and other hotels and couple restaurants. I would stay again. A school is located directly across but it was summer break so no kids. I loved the Japanese toilet in the room. The dining area was comfortable with lots of windows.

Property was extremely clean and modern. Excellent staff and service. Perfect location for visiting Chiang Mai.

Very friendly staff, very central location.

The pricepoint is pretty high for what you get and if you compare to other Chiang Mai hotels. The bathrooms are nice but you can see that it needs maintenance or renovation here and there.

An absolute gem of a small hotel. Food was amazing, never the same cooked food on the breakfast menu.Hotel kept spotlessly clean.Staff always helpful and cheerful.Would recommend

Hotel took deposit 2000baht paid by debit card . Its been 2 weeks already since 19tj February.. and it is still not refunded.

Good location in the old town. Close to restaurants and a large covered market. Excellent coffee shop.

The breakfast could have had more choices.

Spacious room good shower and comfortable bed

The TV was poor and the veranda was none existent because you looked out in front of a cable end The breakfast was basic and limited

The location was nice and central. Was easy to get to popular destinations around the city from the accomodation. The staff were so friendly and made the stay amazing.

The bed was quite firm and a bit of noise from neighbouring rooms but this is being very nit picky. Was really a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—right in the center, making it easy to explore everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, always welcoming and ready to help, which made the experience even better.If you're looking for a well-located hotel with great service, this is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again!

The only small downside is that the furniture is a bit old and could use some updating. However, this did not take away from the overall comfort of our stay.

Excellent hotel. We booked the Executive room, which was very nice. It had a full sized bathtub and separate enclosed shower with adjustable showerheads. The hotel itself was small-medium sized, with 4 floors. The breakfast was very good, and never crowded. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The pool was great for cooling off after coming back from a day out.

The bed was very firm, which my partner loved but is not my favorite

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! The breakfast was a delicious buffet with a fresh egg station. The hotel was spotless and so quiet, although we did hear noise outside in the morning. The location was convenient to temples, restaurants, shopping and for massages. The pool was inviting, but a bit too chilly to enjoy in late January.

Wonderfully clean, comfortable and cosy and stylish room. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic facilities. Great location.

Close to lots of temples if that is of interest to you. Nice coffee bar in the hotel.

Busy street

The staff are amazing, so helpful and pleasant. Free cycles to get around on provided by the hotel. Great location in the old town. Decent breakfast. There is a lovely park about 10 minutes walk away, where you can hire a yoga mat and towel if you wish to lie down and chill. It is definitely worth a visit just to see the people walking and balancing on the tight-ropes. The park has a real laid back vibe and so pleasant.

The pool is nice, but is in the shade the whole day. If you are a sunbather, you will manage approximately 1.5-2.0hrs on two loungers which are elevated in the corner, otherwise everything is in the shade.The gym is quite small and hasn't got much in it.
