Cozy Inn Chiang Mai

It is centrally located but quiet. The staff is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The views of Doi Suthep are amazing (at least from the third floor).

Sliding bathroom door offered limited privacy

The room was very cute, clean and confortable. The only caveat was that I was on the 3rd floor and had a heavy suitcase to bring all the way up there. Thankfully the front desk receptionist and another staff member helped me drag that suitcase up on the first day and then down on my last day there.Everyone was very nice and helpful. Thank you so much for an outstanding stay.

There is no elevator if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and functional. I would say it’s a good value for the money. Location is on a quiet street and the early mornings offered a great view from the fourth floor.

Rooms were small and bathroom was compact. But I guess it’s in the name.

No elevators to take your luggage upstairs. So you have to drag it to whatever floor you got. Thankfully, we got second floor (they call it 3rd) so wasn’t too bad

This is a great budget hotel. The bed is a double, I think, so I'm not sure I would want to have to share it, but for just me, it was fine. Very comfortable. The room is small but well appointed & very clean.

I would recommend asking for room away from reception on the ground floor as they can be a little noisy with people sitting around.

Amazing location, super clean and comfortable

The location was great, staff were friendly and it was clean. Lots of soap in the bathroom as well as free toilet paper and water bottles daily.

The bed was super bouncy with massive pillows. It's definitely not great if you are a couple or have neck problems. The bathroom was super tiny with a small akward sink, and the shower was tiny with a recessed floor that could easily roll an ankle. Tv was also small.

The location was not bad, close enough to city to explore. The stuff, especially the creaming stuff were friendly.

I was not happy with the facilities. The shower had a hot water so I guess that was good, but the strength of the shower was quite weak. And also, the room door and bathroom door were not easy to close, and they made quite big sound every time we open/close. We could hear other room’s door sounds pretty clear and loud.

The hotel is conveniently located and it's near the airport. Even though the rooms are simple and small, they are failry clean and well-maintained, with all things necessary for a comfortable short stay.

The bathroom door stays open to the room no matter how you close it. It's a sliding door with a gap from the wall. Also wasn't very clean, we asked to change towels and pillows a few times, but the team was always helpful

Low price is the only good thing

For two times, towels were dirty and we had to ask the reception to change them.Hot water wasn't really working well.Bathroom is very close and the shower was not very distinct from the WC.Everything was very cheap (also the price, to be honest)

Great location. Quiet, quite close to the park, easy cycle ride to the Chiang Mai gate food markets. The hotel is smart and a modern design, grey painted concrete, black steel structures etc. little table and two chairs outside your room.

I wouldn't say, I didn't like it, but I prefer it when the room is a bit larger, so there is space for the double bed and space to walk around it, but not much more. Then there is a walk-in alcove for storing clothes and a fridge and kettle. And a compact bathroom with a smallish sink which felt a bit hard work with no shelf above it for putting things. I adjusted anyway and used the shelf over the toilet for things.

The location and the facilities are good. The space is tiny but it’s ok if you don’t have a lot of things. Good value for money I could say

The pillows are huge and hard, also it was noisy. But I don’t have a problem with it but my sister couldn’t have a good rest.

After spending weeks spending on hard beds these beds were amazing and the pillows were a great support for my next.The rooms were cleaned daily unless I requested otherwise and the hotel was off a side street of a busy road within walking distance to tourist sites, restaurants, and amenities. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Chiang Mai.

I didn't mind the size of the room as I was alone, it may be a little tight for two people with luggage.
