Little gym room and pool are nice.

Not very clean room.

Front desk staff gave me a refund when I left two nights early

Whole room smelled like sewage, water coming out of sink was yellow, no safe, room had no natural light

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff but the location makes it a little hard to find.

The electric shower was way too high on the wall for a short lady like me. But it works well.

The room was spacious

The water was cold in the shower because the heater didn’t work, the bed is uncomfortable and in the bathroom the shower drain was behind the toilet so the area was wet most of the time. The pool was not as it looked in the photos and the WiFi didn’t work (although the reception tried to take care of it and seem to work for five minutes but then it stopped).

staff spoke English. Room was comfortable. they offered free of charge light breakfast.

Beds are very hard. No way to charge any equipment (even overnight) due to poor electricity flow. Too far from any points of interest without a car.

I appreciated how clean and spacious my room was. I had a nice fridge too! I also think it's wonderful that you have a swimming pool on the first floor. Believe it or not, this was my first solo travel trip (my first time having to book different types of places, such as hostels, guesthouses, hotels and homestays). I learned a lot!

(I overall enjoyed my stay). There was one night where I could hear a lot of noise upstairs and/or the lobby. Maybe enforcing stricter rules at certain times? Also, I wish the breakfast had more options. I hate to come off spoiled or entitled, but maybe offering fruits/veggies? The toast and coffee were nice but not quite filling enough to start your day.

Big parking lot. Easy access to the city. Room with soft beds upon request, very nice due to back surgery. Thank you.

Showers were small. There is no fan in the bathroom.

Good price for value. Nothing fancy but good location and nice to have the room cleaned everyday.

The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and polite. If you enjoy fruits then there is a whole sale fruit market only a min walk from the hotel. (We got 10 coconuts for only 150 baht!!!!!)

WiFi kept disconnecting. Very strict on 2pm check-in which is not necessarily a bad thing but sometimes guests appreciate a little early check-in if the rooms are available after a long flight or train ride. So I guess if you are staying here then plan your transportation timings accordingly.

Value for price that we paid.The room is ok, but a bit oldThe most thing I like is the male staff when I check-in on the first day, he is very calm, helpful and helps us find the room that we have requested. Very appreciated that.

This is only what I need to suggest to improve;The wardrobe is quite creepy for me and if the hotel can change it to the new one or make it like the new built-in, it gonna look better in my opinion. For breakfast, no need to have a fantasy menu like the others hotel, only need to add some menu like fried eggs, boiled rice and one of fruits juice. That is enough for me for breakfast to have each day as a tourist.

The water in the bathroom wasn’t hot and the water got everywhere. The showerhead is too high and at a bad angle even when I held it. The breakfast only has toast, tea and coffee which isn't the worst but also there's no variety.

Lovely hotel, very clean , house keeping clean room daily. There is free toast & jam , tea & coffee for breakfast which is very nice definitely worth staying in. About 15-20 mins walk to the night bazaar so good location.

I liked being in a more local area. You could walk to the markets or take a quick tuk tuk ride. It was next to the river and close to some food, stores and a gym.

The room cleaning was really good, the tv was nice and with HDMI connection, reception was always open

Stuff threatened I will pay more over 10 minutes late in checkout even though it was far from overbooked.The bed below the mattress and the closet both looked old and bad

It is very far from the center so depending on where you are going it can take more than an hour walking to get there , would recommend to stay more in the center. The pool is actually small, not as seen in the pictures . In booking.com it says breakfast is included but in fact it is only white bread and coffee

The hotel is kind of far from the touristic core of the city, and it's far from the main attractions of Chiang Mai. Having said that, we recommend this hotel.

I had a very convenient trip to Chiang Mai while staying at this hotel. The price was also very affordable. It's close to the city and very near to various food markets. I recommend staying at this hotel if you visit Chiang Mai.
