So Clean! All staff was amazing!

The room was spacious, clean, and bright, with cloud-like pillows. The location was great, with tons of restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I accidentally left some belongings in the room after checking out, and they returned them to me right away. I was genuinely touched by their kindness.

This hotel is located on a quiet street in the old town of Chiang Mai. It’s easy to walk to everything within the old town and just outside the walls.The room was clean and comfortable and a reasonable value for the money. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I stayed there for three days and would gladly have stayed longer if I were in town for a longer visit.

Stayed here recently and honestly couldn’t fault it. The location can’t be beat, central but still quiet, so it was easy to get around without any noise issues. The room felt new, clean and really spacious, and looked exactly like the photos. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. I’d originally booked a twin room but asked last minute to switch to a king, and they sorted it straight away, which I really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice and soft. All the other facilities were there and well maintained.

Beds were soft, and the linens and pillows were high quality, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had all the information we needed from the start, gave helpful local recommendations, and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay.

The room was very clean, and you can really tell the housekeeping team puts a lot of effort into keeping everything spotless every day. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The facilities and overall environment were very pleasant. I also loved the location, quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything.

This was my second time staying at Cozytel, and it was just as great as I remembered. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The team is wonderful, polite and helpful.

Perfect location right in the old town, easy to walk everywhere. The room was simple yet very clean and spacious, with plenty of space for my big suitcase. The pool was lovely and got lots of sunshine during the day. The staff were friendly and always quick to help with anything from check-in to small requests.

The location was excellent, close to everything. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and serviced every day. The A/C was cool and the bed very comfortable. The pool and public areas were spacious and well maintained. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

The staff at the desk insisted that I would have to pay for my accommodation up front and in cash when I arrived at the hotel after a long flight. I didn't carry that much cash with me. I had to give her everything I had, leaving me with almost no cash for dinner. In addition, I had to negotiate with her so that she would allow me to pay the rest later. Luckily, it turned out that the employee was mistaken when I talked to the manager the following day. I could pay by card. It was no problem. However, it was not a very nice welcome. But other than that, I loved the place and would certainly return to it again

It's the best hotel we've stayed at on our whole trip. All the staff were super friendly and spoke English fluently. We were greeted warmly and given a map with some of Chiang Mai's beautiful sights highlighted. All excursions can be booked at the lobby, which we took advantage of. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, with very effective air conditioning. The location in the Old Town is excellent, everything is within walking distance, and the Sunday Night Market is just 2 minutes walk away, which was so convenient! The swimming pool looked very clean, though we didn’t get to use it since it was the rainy season. A nice touch: the room even had umbrellas, which was very handy.We liked this hotel so much that we ended up extending our stay, which says it all!

Perfect location, well-kept facilities, professional staff

The location couldn’t be more convenient, it's located in the central of old city and a few steps from plenty of cafes and restaurants. The hotel is spotless and feels well cared for, and the facilities are in great shape. What really impressed me was the staff, they’re genuinely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything. For the quality and service, the price is more than fair. I left with a really good feeling about this place.

Staff was great. They responded quickly to our report of leaky bathroom shower and replaced the whole thing.

The free bicycles were very convenient, but need some maintenance.
