Hotel is also easy to find and isn't too far from all the usual night markets. Staff is always polite and smiley. I would return to this hotel the next time i come back to chiangmai again.
The place had a great location within a walking distance to beautiful temples and restaurants. The garden room was comfortable and cozy. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We were happy staying there and we recommend this place.

I had a fantastic stay at the INGMON HOUSE! The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very good in the old city.Restaurants and shops around the corner. The "garden view" room I had, was a bit dark.On the last day I had a balcony room which I liked much more. It is worth to spend a bit more money.Breakfast was good

Furniture and decor of rooms don't look like pictures.
Great location in the old city and great value for money. The staff were very helpful, with booking tours/any requests. The bed was comfy, and the A/C was good in the room. The shower had inconsistent hot water depending on if you used the waterfall head or the smaller shower head. Breakfast was not the best.

We were in the middle of the flower festival and it was a bit loud but only for 1 night and till midnight.

When arriving early, the room was not ready yet (not a problem). After 1 hour waiting the staff told us the room was ready and if we wanted to check in. While checking in, we needed to agree on 200 baht fee for early check in. I never encountered a place where you need to pay for "early check in" for a room that is already clean (?).The room seemed clean after room cleaning, but the floor was very dirty as our feet were black every time.Staff was not very helpful when giving feedback as the TV was not even working.

The location was within walking distance to restaurants and a 7 eleven. Also a lovely park just minutes away and so many temples within walking distance. I arrived during the Flower Festival and it was beautiful. The street was closed off so after messaging the hotel they arranged for a member of staff to meet me at the airport with a taxi and walk me to the hotel after the taxi dropped us off at a nearby street.
Staff always available and kind, very good cleaning, just some issue with the climate remote, resolved very quickly
Nothing just the heater in the bath for the weather was kinda boring to use, but once you get used to it became easy
