Good value, huge room with Breakfast and Onsen for a very good price. The location is great, not far from famous tourist spots with a large parking lot.

The room did not look like what I saw in Booking.com, old room, with repaired dent here and there... Onsen Bathroom is quite old, dim, and water pressure is very low (change the lightbulb perhaps?)

There was an onsen.

The hose next to toilet had red and back stains on it. I did not feel comfortable using it since it looks like mold & wasn’t cleaned. We wish the food had more options. My boyfriend would only eat the porridge. The address would location the property somewhere else.

Never again.

Dirty room, hair from few different precious guests in the bathroom, bed and on the floor. Dirty not washed spoons with food particles from previous guests. Dust in different locations.

Spotless clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful mountain view, decent breakfasts, and helpful staff. The property is located in a quiet place with some places to eat around, both Thai and foreign. The onsen is great, overall, the property is great for a relaxing getaway.

One of the staff was extremely helpful and approachable - kudos to her! The onsen was a treat. Our room was spacious and the housekeeping was on-point. The hotel compound was spacious which made it suitable for playing with kids.

We stayed for a 5 nights. After a while, we felt that the ventilation in the room could be improved, as the smell of the toilet seemed to linger.

Onsen too small and close to early

The large room, sauna, pool and onsen. The breakfast buffet was great around new year. It’s not always that good.

Sometimes the onsen seemed to be a playground for kids. Not very relaxing. There was and awful smell of sewage coming from the kitchen sink. No shade for parking lot.

Choice of Breakfasts, bento, eggs, etc . Staff very kind and flexible, Great pool & Japanese bath. Quiet nights. Grab or scooter for travel. There is a big outdoors restaurant not too far up the road. Ask staff to warm up sauna 1 hour beforehand

Wifi spotty depending on room, but they have several passwords for pool, cafe and room.

Nice front desk and cleaning staff. Onsen onsite and easy to book. Big pool looking at mountains. Big room. Good A/C. Nice bed and linens. Breakfast included even if only average food.

It’s not going to win design awards but function over form every time.

Super clean, very comfortable bed. Japanese style including breakfast which was very nice.

Sadly shower temp. was very irregular, probably was easily fixed but we had just the one night.

we came only for a day and wanted to relax in onsen and sauna so for that purpose it was nice (: the room was really nice and comfortable

Nicely appointed hotel, close to the Doi Suthep foothills, fairly quiet (although on the take off flight path). Rooms are a good size and reasonable for the price. Good facilities with a swimming pool, Onsen and sauna. Friendly and helpful staff.

Perhaps more choice for breakfast? (Eg muesli, croissants). But the Thai/Japanese options kept me going until lunchtime ok!

Exceptional CP value. Loved the room and the breakfast. Staff were good too.

No safe in the room, and no lockers in the onsen. Only one pool in the onsen, but obviously space dictated that. Water levels in the onsen need reconsidering.

Spacious hotel room, nice facilities, especially the onsen

Quiet location just off the main drag to town. Peaceful setting away from all the traffic noise. Relaxed several times in the onsen which was never crowded. 1 or 2 people were the most in the onsen each evening or morning. Often no one else.Would stay there again.

Breakfast was a bit redundant but you can order off the menu and pay for that so there are other options. By no means a complaint, just something to consider.

It’s only minor but the lift doors shut to quickly

- it was ok overall- staffs provided 2 room's cards when requested- the room was pretty big- staffs provided iron on request

- the room was older than I expected ie chipped wooden floor, chipped furniture, hangers barely hold anything before fallen apart, electrical hardwares were looking like something from 15 years ago, TV was not a smart TV, only cable TV

Door at the terece was locked. But the light not dark in the room when we sleep. Because that door is reason make me not deeply sleep. Onsen is not hot seem usual as i expectation.

I like their staff only. Because look sincere and honestly.

This was such a nice place to stay out of the busy Chiang Mai centre, it’s so peaceful and serene. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here and the Japanese theme. The morning breakfast was delicious and I loved the variety of meals provided, and I really enjoyed the congee, my absolute favourite. The staff were also so kind and sweet and made sure we had everything we needed.

The room we had, had a little kitchen but there was nothing in the drawers, we had to ask for utensils, at the reception. It would be nice to have basic utensils/pans/cooking equipment already inside and can always ask for more if needed.
