Great location and very comfortable bed. Nice to have a hot shower after a week in the jungle.

My room and not been swept evident by hair, crumbs, and paper scraps. Otherwise, cleanliness was up to standards.

Great location. Staff always helpful.

Room could not accommodate our 2 children. Sofa was not a sleeper sofa as adverised. Had to pay considerable extra for roll away bed and kids as extra guests.

The hotel offers good value for money, and the room was comfortable. It is located near the historic part of the city, which is convenient for sightseeing.

The pool area is small and uncomfortable, not very pleasant to spend time there. The hotel is located near the historic area, but far from the restaurant district and night markets, which we found to be a better area to stay. Additionally, the shower had very low water pressure.

on a busy street near the center of lots of Wats. easy walks in all directions for visiting. cafe was open for business and was good food if you don’t want to chance street food.

The hotel looked fantastic from the outside and it did not disappoint when entered.The rooms were a good size and very clean and comfortable, The pool was very great too.The area outside the hotel with outside seating and dining was very comfortable and great for watching life go by.Breakfast was really good and we could not have wanted anything more. The location is excellent and the staff Brilliant.We would definitely stay here again and not hesitate in recommending it to anyone.

Showers never got hot. Luke warm as best. Our balcony didn’t go outside, it was enclosed. The other side of the hotel had balconies to the outdoors. Pool didn’t have much seating areas.Breakfast was not included, which I would typically not care much about, but based on other places in the area that we stayed, and for the price point, this was surprising.

The WiFi is not so good and there isn’t hot water some of the time. But it seems to be a pattern in Thailand

Great little hotel in a nice district of Chiang Mai, with some lovely restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and well appointed, with comfy beds and a lovely bathroom. Small but pretty pool area, and a decent restaurant downstairs - we only had drinks but it was a nice bonus. Feels like a boutique hotel with a friendly feel. Would stay here again! Top tip: Try the food at Durianism Cafe down the road, and the coffee at Gravity. (Even after three nights in CM, I'm still not sure where the 'centre' of town is, but it's easy enough to catch Bolts around town to wherever you need to go, and this hotel was handy for the night market and to walk to the old town walls.)

No criticisms - really lovely place.

Perfect location for walking around town seeing temples shopping and restaurants, the room was great! We had one of the suites and it was very big and clean, great view as well. We booked the elephant half day with their activity coordinator and had the most amazing time, night life was popping as well! Breakfast was great, the staff were very kind and accommodating! Overall a very pleasant experience, felt like we got the most of Chang Mai! Pool was nice and private as well :))

In room WiFi was unreliable, loud music playing at night, staff were not helpful with booking taxis.

Loved the location - walkable/close to things you want to see in old city but still quiet and easy to sleep. I liked our room - it was very spacious. Also loved the breakfast, which we had included in our stay.

Our shower holder was broken so it made for a more challenging shower experience. This is also a no frills kind of space - it is pretty basic.

I really like the hotel. It is very clean, the staff is awesome and speak English well, the bed is comfy and the balcony was a good size. the pool is the perfect temperature. We had 2 meals at the restaurant on site and everything was delicious. I highly recommend.

There is plenty of places to eat in the area, massages and temples but it is not in the busier area on the east side of the old city. We were ok with that as we don't mind walking but some may prefer to be closer to the east gate.

Hotel room for 2 queen beds is decently sized, clean and well-conditioned. We appreciate the smart tv. Staffs are very friendly. One of them offered to call my driver when he didn't show up on time.

Outdoor pool could probably be better maintained. Pool water had a funky smell. Because we stayed in the first room adjacent to the pool, the humidity from the pool affects our room. There's hardly any surface area to put down toiletry in the bathroom. Some wall hooks would be nice in the bathroom.
