This is a beautiful place to stay with a little bit of piece and quiet in the city. It?s an incredible bargain.

I loved our room facing the river. The shower was great and is basically its own room with the bathtub. I recommend.

Great smaller hotel with great staff and support. Specially prepareed breakfast was exellent! A short walk to a pedestrian bridge that takes you to the shopping areas in Chiang Mai.

Hotel itself is nice, I like the room and the atmosphere. However, the location is not the best, it's quite far away from happenings, and it is on a very dusty road, which makes walking in the area unpleasant.

The staff were very nice and friendly when I stayed there last year. This time, the check in and breakfast staff were very unfriendly and unwilling to serve. I received a email with a link from the hotel that I need to pay again because there was something wrong with the payment. The message also appeared on my booking.com inbox, which seemed legitimate, but was actually a scam. Have a feeling that the message was sent to me from the hotel staff.

Always loved coming back here. Location, property size and design are ideal for us.

Hotel looked dated, breakfast was not up to standard at all.

The front desk was amazing. They have a very nice breakfast. The outdoor courtyard is on the river and well kept. AC was great. Location is close to lots of great food. Service was so good they gave us a late check out and as we started dragging our luggage out and suddenly two attendants appeared to carry our luggage. Top notch all the way. It's also very quiet. We would happily stay again.

Pool could have been a little cleaner, but it was no issue. Tiny bit of algae, water was clean.

The hotel has a lot of potential — the architecture is beautiful and there are some lovely design details.

However, it feels like a lack of funding is affecting the upkeep. While the property isn’t old, it’s not well-maintained. The pool is a good size and quite pleasant, but the sunbeds are dirty and the water is clearly yellowish, which was off-putting. The riverside area, which could be a highlight, feels neglected and abandoned. Overall, it was a very average stay considering the price.

The design concept of the place was calm peaceful, I liked the internal courtyard and the pool terrace, it was a nice way to escape the heat. The room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and friendly.

The property was a little dated and worn. The pool furniture was broken in places and dirty, the parasol was pieced together with ropes and a little dangerous. The room whilst comfortable was a bit dusty and the towel rail fell off, the tap was leaking sometimes, and the AC was temperamental.

The room is amazing, I have a river view the pool is nice minerals salt water. Very little hotel I will comeback and stay here again.

Quiet near river. Walking distance to arts and crafts. Lots of places to eat

The quiet position of the hotel on the river & away from traffic noise & easy walk to various cafe's & restaurants.The breakfast was amazing & one of the best buffets we have had so far in Chiang Mai!Definately suggest guests take the breakfast option up ?

We arrived around 7:30pm on the night of the 15th April & it was pouring with rain & there was no clear signage for the Hotel, so it was VERY hard to find, so just be aware of this if arriving after dark or if raining.The lady who checked us in on the evening of the 15th April was a little rude, particularly the next day (16th April), panicking & stressing us to move our car immediately without giving us notice or asking us earlier.

Location was good in the city. Lovely setting next to the river - an oasis of calm in a busy city.We would stay again.

On the first night we were kept awake by some very loud people in the next door room, but otherwise no problem with noise (stayed for a week).The breakfast options we found a little strange - maybe trying to cater to many different cultures

Beautifully designed with care and attention. Superb location on the river for tourist duty’s. Usually the last hotel to collect from and first to drop off at on the day trips around Chiang Mai. Saves 1 1/2 hrs in a van a day ?

Beautiful tranquil hotel. Lovely pool and views over the river. Very confortable.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the breakfast room to heat up the eggs etc.

We didn't like that many things, I think they were trying to sell a whole different image on Booking, however, some positive things are its location near the water, interior yard and the pool we never got to use.

The room was quite small, AC directly blowing on the bed, very noisy during the weekends. The type of room we had is akin a bungalow of sorts, we definitely did not get that from the listing.It's all a bit outdated, it was new a while back. The breakfast was quite lacking, few options to choose from and not so tasty.WIFI was not working in the room at all, went a few times to ask someone about this, but there was no one at the reception ( on two different occasions )The staff we saw at the reception is pretty careless.Chiang Mai was the nicest part of our vacation, but the hotel itself was quite lacking, compared to our expectation vs what we paid.

Unstable hot water and water pressure makes showering quite painful. No elevator.

The location of the hotel was excellent and so was the size of the room.

In terms of cleanliness, I give it 7 out of 10. On our third day, the room was not cleaned. The towels were only changed. When we informed the reception, the bedding was made up!!! I give the breakfast 7 out of 10 as well. The coffee machine was broken throughout our stay. There is no variety in breakfast. I do not recommend breakfast at all at this hotel.
