Okay location, is near airport so you get all the noise from planes taking off and landing. But makes it easy to get to. Close to most things needed, markets, old city, 7/11Most comfortable bed I slept in on this trip so far

Not the cleanest hotel ever. Showers have build up of grime. Towels are old and hard, lots of noise from hallways

The beds were fabulous- very comfortable and staff very helpful. Location was terrific.

Poor cleaning and noise

1. When I arrived (after check in hour) they asked me to wait more time because the room wasn't clean 2. The room wasn't clean, especially the bathroom3.The building close to the hotel is under construction and they gave me a room that was facing it. IMO this room shouldn't be available at all. I wake up with the view from the workers almost in my room and of course the noise you can expect.

Lock didn't work on my door, wifi didn't work and the shower wasn't as clean as you would hope.

It's a great hotel in the Nimman district which is the trendy area of the city. Very chilled district, packed with cool cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. The hotel is down a quiet street off one of the main roads. The hotel is modern in a quirky way, with chill out areas inside and outside. Room was modern, clean with a great shower, good TV, kettle, power points, good WiFi and aircon. Cleaned every day. Very comfy bed. Staff didn't speak much English but we're very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

Safe didn't work but they tried hard to correct it.

Room and hotel were very clean and the beds were comfortable. good location!

The room we booked wasn’t ready for the first day of checkin with the balcony but they rectified this for the second day of our stay and moved our luggage over for when we returned from an excursion.

Good Room with a Window. Comfortable bed. Good value.

Some of the Superior rooms do not have windows as shown in the photos. I had to ask to change to a room with a window.

The superior room advertised it had a big window facing the mountain. The room I had didn’t have a window which was incredibly disappointing and misleading from the room description.

Bathroom is not a good function, low flow of shower and drains out was get struckle

location was good and relatively quiet since it’s tucked away from the main hustle bustle of restaurants and businesses

poor cleaning and hygiene. ants in sink of bathroom, dust, running toilet, dirty worn towels, poor noise insulation so you hear everything from your neighbors conversations etc. they are cheap and only give you limited supplies like soap, 1/4 filled tissues at a time, poor guest service. very rude staff and owner who treats guest with profanity and vulgar language. unsafe and unsanitary practice. they do not appreciate your business so go to plenty other hotels like the one across the street who are friendly and respectful to their guests

The staff were super Duper friendly and helpful!

There was a sign in our room indicating that there was breakfast served daily from 730 to around 10 AM, but there was no breakfast served while we were staying there.

Friendly staff made me feel like family. I am sure they spent extra money on beds, room was very comfortable.I stayed in 4 and 5 star in Bangkok. When I stay at a place like this, friendly, comfortable, good value, I have to ask was the difference worth it? No.

There is SO much noise. We heard everything our neighbours were doing and saying, also we heard people peeing in both rooms next to ours and above which was very uncomfortable. People were returning from partying laughing and screaming untill 3 am (happy for them, sounded like they had fun). My general advice: Don't come here if you would like to sleep. If you want to party: great option.

The lobby door locked at 10pm and early morning. The guests need to call the staff to open the lobby door to exit. It's better to install the exit button by the door so we could exit anytime we like and for safety concern.

The cleanliness of the property and our room. Walking distance to Maya shopping center. A new property worth staying if you enjoy cafe and massage nearby. We’ve booked a family room that is adjoining.

Up to my expectations during my stay.
