The hotel is in the Old City, walking distance to virtually everything. It has a beautiful pool and a small cafe where guests can buy breakfast or lunch.

I have no complaints.

Location is great, heritage look and feel as well. Staff is super nice.

Breakfast option too limitated, I decided to cross the street for a more appealing menu. The shower heater was not really working well.

Good breakfast for a low price. A la carte choices also at added cost. Satisfied with all. Especially liked our delux room.

Chiang Mai has an old city wall with lots of interesting features inside of it (many temples). I wanted to stay near this area in order to be able to walk to the sights. 99 Gallery is inside the city walls and just steps away from some of the most iconic wats and temples. And close to really good food.

The area is pretty congested because the streets are so narrow. But it was not really a problem.

The hotel was beautiful with friendly and helpful staff. The location was near temples, street market, and a short walk to prime areas

The location is excellent. The staff were helpful. And the accommodations comfortable. I am not a big fan of pretentious luxury hotels, so this lovely place was exactly what our family was looking for. We will stay here again.

While not uncomfortable, the beds could use an upgrade.

Its located far away from any caffès or restaurants.I was hungry and didn't have any place near to go to eat or buy food.

The shared area and pool are nice. The location is very central in the Old City to walk most places which we enjoyed.

The room itself was outdated. The bed had broken springs in it and creaked anytime we sat on it or moved during the night. The walls had several stains on it as well. The hot water in the shower was very finicky and most our showers ended up being cold.

The bottom sheet on the king bed needed to be fitted. It came off exposing the mattress pad every night and was very uncomfortable.

I love all about this hotel. Nice staffs and of cos the hotel location is very fantastic because it closes to any tourist objects. After all, I want to give a special credit to Khun Dao, one of the nicer FDA. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. And keep your hard work up in the air. The convenient location, and the receptionist super nice and the welcoming tea. They behaved so good and kind about our honeymoon. Good point the breakfast starts early ??

Constructive feedback, we would have loved that when we were on the pool, the staff come and ask if there’s something we will like to drink (as we had already ordered)

The staff is helpful and friendly. The facilities are amazing.

Room smelled a bit damp. Pool is small.

Friendly and courteous staff were ready to help me with anything I asked about. There was always one employee around who could speak English and explain something to me if needed.Provided water everyday which is necessary for the hotter days in Chiang Mai.Easy to find spot in the center of the Old City, and key had a keychain with the address printed on it to show to taxi drivers.Paid for the breakfast a couple times, and it's very good for the price.Very shady common area with a cool breeze to also sit and relax.

There was no desk for me to sit at, so it was either lay on the bed or sit on some cushioned bench with no back support if I wanted to just relax in the room and watch TV.Got confused a couple times because this hotel is also basically next door from another 99 hotel which was not connected to this one, so I went to use their pool by mistake and got told it was only for guests of that hotel.Wi-Fi had problem where it would get overloaded or just at least daily it would be down for 30 minutes or so just resetting constantly which if I was watching Netflix or something I then had to wait until the router got itself together.
