Thai service, quite location

Great and welcoming staff. Prepared surprises for our honey moon stay. Facilities are great and good for the photos. Breakfast really good. Was able to use their shower and pool after checkout due to a really late flight.

The water pressure and temperature was not the best.

The staff is very supportive and welcome drinks and daily snacks are excellence and heart touching. You can feel the hotel is really care about you in person. Breakfast was excellent so does the lunch, the food is meeting and beyond my expectations.

Air-con angle was not adjustable which is very cold and blows on the heads directly when you sleep on bed. Wardrobe need to fix with some oil on the hardware in order to reduce some noise when open & closing.

My stay at Cross Chiang Mai Riverside was exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is absolutely beautiful—elegant, serene, and perfectly positioned with breathtaking views of both the river and the mountains. Amazing design hotel.Love it from the inner courtyard to the rooftop pool and the garden in front of Oxygen Room restaurant facing the river.Great selection for breakfast, mainly a-la-carte.Very good size for room, bathroom and private balcony.A special thanks to Nia at Front Desk who helped me to arrange various things during my stay.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always eager to help, especially the reception team who made my stay very smooth. The Oxygen Restaurant is truly outstanding—one of the best restaurants I’ve ever experienced!

The staff were fantastic. Made a huge effort with us and our children and little personal touches - personalised chocolate bars on arrival. The food wasFantastic and the staff could not be more helpful or kind. Highly recommend.

This place is truly an oasis of calm. Calm professionalism, politeness, thoughtfulness and care. Julian and his staff excelled at all times, including through the famous earthquake. I wasn't too keen to be on an upper floor in case of aftershocks and he kindly found me something at ground level. I travel a lot. This was a really nice version of 5-star. Formal but not stiff. Attentive but not intrusive. I will be back.

Customer service was beyond excellent. I originally thought I had to check out early, made a mistake and realized after I checked out nearly a day early that I was wrong, and came right back to the hotel and they were able to clean up my room and give it right back to me! When I did actually finally leave, I didn't leave until evening time. After checking out they stored my bags and even offered me a chance to shower on site before I left. Made sure I could order food and get early breakfast when I was doing activities that conflicted with scheduled meal hours. Everyone I spoke with was beyond friendly and super helpful! I also loved the area. I prefer quiet at my hotel stay. While the hotel isn't right in the old town area, I liked that because it was quiet and peaceful, but also close enough to get there very quickly. They even had a shuttle to take you to major locations.

Looking at how my balcony was set up, I think one thing that would be beneficial would be the installation of some kind of net awning to close in the balcony to protect it from the mosquitos. I would have loved to hang out on the balcony, but the mosquitos were out in full force!

Incredible experience. Stay exceed expectations: delicious breakfast, beautiful complex and warm and helpful staff. This was EXCEPTIONAL!!

Absolutely nothing we didn’t like.. they went above and beyond.

Nice hotel, some issues with the initial room but they moved us to a nicer room. The staff were very kind. There was quite a noisy wedding during our stay,

Loved the location, was easy to get taxis in and out of the old town from here but was nice as we were able to then come out of the busy-ness of the city and relax at the hotel where it was lovely and peaceful. The breakfast was really lovely and so nice to sit watching the river every morning. The staff were really lovely and friendly also which made the stay even more enjoyable! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it was especially nice to lounge by the rooftop pool in the evenings.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the prices at the hotel for drinks and food were very expensive compared to everywhere else in Chiang Mai but other than this we loved everything.

Beautiful grounds. Great location.Tranquil and discrete. Food excellent - pool area large with lovely views of Ping river.

Friendly staff. We like the breakfast with a la carte and mini buffet setting. Room is big with a balcony. We visited there with local flooding issue, but hotel informed us in advance and replied our concern promptly.

A bit humid in the room even we already changed the AC mode.

The people here are the most warm and kind. The breakfasts everyday are very satisfying. Love the designs of architecture. It’s both antique and fashion.

The Ping River was not clean when we visited.

My partner and I had a wonderful vacation here. It was our birthdays and there were many suppried gifts from Cross team. Welcome kits with our name written on chocolate bars. The room was decorated with the birthday and the PRIDE month theme. Birthday cakes when check in, at dinner and aslo at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. Many other wonderful things that I can’t list them all here.We will choose to stay here again when we visit Chiang Mai again.
