Inconvenient location, facilities just average, misled about use of shuttle

Beautiful architecture, great food, and wonderful staff.

Not very clear how to operate bathroom tub faucet. No instructions at all on how to operate the Krups coffee machine.

Liked the small private boutique feel and excellent staff service!!! Spa services were also nice!!!Welcome service was wonderful!Fixing us to go breakfast/lunch for day trips was very nice, helpful and wonderful extra service!Shuttle service to airport was great! Without this service, would have been a little anxious and frustrating to coordinate travel.

Our room was very damp and humid and hard to get cool. Everything felt damp and seating was just not comfortable or really that conducive to eating in the room even though we did order room service a few times due to being out in all-day tours. Rug in sitting area was little smelly but probably due to all the humidity in the room. No AC in the upstairs computer/reading room was very disappointing and just didn’t want to use it or stay very long due to lack of cooling.Would have been better to have some indoor/AC seating for meals with right-size seating. The shoe locker concept was understandable but a little clunky and inconvenient- understand trying to keep common areas cleaner especially with all of the rain.Resort a little out if the way but manageable if plan ahead with car services.

Great hospitality and very caring staff team. Special thanks to New who managed everything for us. He is superb! The place is quiet and the suite room comfortable. Breakfast is sumptuous and freshly made. The Thai dishes served for lunch/dinner are good. The hotel also provides complimentary airport transfer.

The location is a bit far from the centre, but it's not a problem as Grab is easy to use.

Beautiful, small property (only 11 rooms) with a luxurious breakfast and well appointed rooms. Very kind and accommodating staff—felt like a nice escape from the city. (You can still hear planes overhead occasionally, though this is also the case in Nimman!)

Gym is very small (not sure why there is a video of an outdoor gym with astroturf that comes up when you search this property..), so you'll likely want to go off-property if you want a full workout. No hot tub or heated pool, but you can use the tub in the room. :)

The hotel is really nice, room was spacious and had everything you’d need! The staff is suuuper helpful and friendly!

The room was good, but to be honest - a lil bit worn out here and there. Also you might keep in mind while choosing this hotel that pool and main areas all shadowed and therefore quite cold (at least in January). That was quite a disappointment for us as pool and just chilling in the hotel was one of the main reasons for a choice instead of city centre hotels.

The pool is in complete shade, the place lack vibe, it's a bit tired all round. Lots of awards on display in reception all from 2014-2017

The staff were fantastic, friendly, very helpful in helping with booking trips and advice where to go, restaurants etc. I would recommend this hotel - it is small and the service is great. The breakfast was also amazing.

It was a bit far out of the main market / restaurant area but there is a new area closer to the hotel that is quite up and coming.The pool was not really in the sun and I like to be able to sunbathe.

Liked the a la carte menu. Some more variety in the fruits from day to day would have been welcome.Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It'sa small resort so facilities are limited. I.e. massage was by appointment and the hotel could have benefitted from more staff. I.e. a couple of staff were reception, bar, restaurant. No big issue but we did end up looking for staff to order buggy to drive us to where grab can pickup. The restaurant menu was also quite limited and not particularly exciting. Overall it's a lovely place and we had a wonderful time but it doesn't quite warrant top score.

Pool wasn’t heated so it was too cold for swimming and the pool filter pump was really noisy so we didn’t use the pool area at all. Hotel is a ways away from pick up locations for tours so we had to taxi to the location.

The property was a peaceful resort. After spending two weeks in Bangkok it was nice to escape to this spot with its calmness. Not in the centre but easily accessible if you enjoy a decent walk or by grab. Facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating, really went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Room service breakfast, nice touch. Had the best massage on my last night at their spa.

I have no complaints. If you’re expecting loud and busy then this isn’t the vibe for you.

We have no words to describe Chiang Mai, beautiful nature, stunning temples, delicious food and definitely the highlight people’s kindness! Thank you very much to New for the hospitality and for making this part of our trip unforgettable! We would have loved to tell you good bye in person but we will keep each second in the hotel in our heart. We had a 3 nights stay at Sireeampan Luxury Retreat. The service and place were nice overall. The hotel have a nice fish pond and a piano bar which were great!Breakfast was super good and we really enjoy the selection! The croque madam was ace! Unfortunately, the place need to be reinvested and maintained, especially if you sell it as a 5 stars hotel. Some part of the hotel are not properly clean (stains on white cushions, cracks on pool cushions, toilet at the pool). We also found a cockroach in our room (this can happen in Thailand).Futhermore, the gel and shampoo bottles in the shower at the pool area looks like straight out from a youth hostel.I would still recommend the place, but if the hotel doesn't invest in renovation work, I will buy some puts option on it.

Tranquil. Beautiful elegant traditional design. Wonderful indoor outdoor feel to the design. Staff and details exceptional.

Lighting remote took a little time to figure out but minor thing.

The Thai styled Boutique was absolutley beautiful and very peaceful, with the most helpful staff, especially "New" was extremly nice and helpful, he assisted us with every need and was very respectful.The breakfast was very good and can be served anytime you want.The location is a bit far away from the center (around 15 mins car ride) but they offer a complimentary shuttle daily with three different times to get you to the center.We would definetly recommend this Boutique especially if you are looking of an authentic Thai experience.

The breakfasts were excellent. Very tasty and a wonderful ambience. We sat next to the koi pond. A haven of tranquility.

I liked everything about this relaxing spa and hotel and give it my topmost recommendation. It was fabulous from the moment we arrived to the point when the staff lined up to wave us goodbye. Would I go back, yes, tomorrow if I could! It was the best. It was amazing,
