Thailand is always exceptional with their hotels! Friendly staff, comes with breakfast, in the old town square, 10 minute walk to the morning and night market (South Gate, 20 min walk to the more local east market), very zen koi pond. I like to walk and this was a walkable part of town.

It’s a busier part of town. If you’re not planning on going to the night markets and sleeping in by 9pm then this isn’t for you I know people who schedule morning tours: I’d probably book those further away from town so you won’t deal with the traffic and narrow roads otherwise you’d be the first picked up and last dropped off.

They serve a wonderful spread for breakfast - all included. There is also a restaurant right across from the hotel that wis excellent. They have a pool, but it's small and not a big one like you'd find at a major hotel.

The towels were well-worn and could use replacing. It was super noisy from a club nearby that went all night, until 5 am. That was the worst thing.

Convenient location, nice rooms, and Pleasant staff

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I felt well taken care of. The morning breakfast was a fantastic buffet, with eggs cooked to order. I ordered the omelette and it was perfect every time. The hotel is in an ideal location in Old Town. Many wonderful restaurants close by.

I was in room 307. This room is on the top floor at the end of the property. Normally this would be a great room, but not at De Nara. From my room I could hear a club down the street and those dude party HARD from midnight until 5:30 am. I had earplugs, but I could still hear the club and feel the base sometimes too. I could have requested a different room, but didn't. I wish I had. That said I will GLADLY stay at De Nara again, just in a different room. ?

The staff and room were excellent, there was very loud music from the place around the corner from midnight till 5 am, like a banging music not nice, but the hotel was so comfortable and location was great

All the staff were very friendly. I don't think there was ever a time that the same lovely lady wasn't at the ront desk!

I don;t like hard beds and this was a very hard bed. Great though if you do like hard beds!

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Location was great. Breakfast was fine. Bathrooms were decent.

The beds are pretty hard. That's about it.

Location, cleanliness, walking distance to most of everything. Will use it again.

The front desk lady Ms. Him was excellent and helped me a lot to choose my travel plan.

I liked the patio area, adn tables and chairs for all the rooms outside. Helpful of staff

The stuff are very helpful and specially the house keeping they are very honest, by mistake I left gold chain in the room which is so expensive and when I returned I discovered that the house keeping kept in the same place, which so impressive Breakfast is so good, less varieties but very fresh and tasty Location is so close to all activities by walking

Location is fantastic! One of my fave restaurants is steps away. It's located on a narrow road with several massage places as well as restaurants serving international food (French, German, etc). There's also a laundry service close by. The lady at reception was very kind and helpful and printed out my eVisas.

I chose "high speed internet" option when booking the room on my app.....but WiFi speeds were around 11-14 mbps from my room. Better from the lobby. (Note: Easy solution is to get a local or e-SIM which has much faster speeds.). Also, the breakfast was simple but ok. (Note: There are cute cafes along the street if you want more variety, etc)

Relatively close to the airport. If you like exploring the city, it’s a good choice for you.

It’s my fault, but I didn’t know there were two festivals going on the night of my stay. So there were a lot of firecrackers and the bar next door pounded out music until 5 am (which may be a nightly occurrence, but I don’t know).

The pool was kind of murky/to much chlorine.The balcony is in the hall, not in the room

Great hotel at great location with great convenience. Walkable to city centre. Very clean with great staff and above all great value for the money.

Break fast needs to be calibrated and fine tuned.

Lovely quiet location within the old city walls- spotlessly clean and seconds away from lovely bars and restaurants We were allowed an early check in from the night train which is a huge bonus Quiet and comfortable and excellent value- cleaning staff really friendly and breakfast cooked to order

Good location. Room was clean and staff were excellent.

Little things. Towel bar was broken. Spent one night with the electricity going off and on about 30 times before it cut out completely. No electricity till the next afternoon. Hotel electrical issue. No offer of compensation.

The hostess Miss Nim is lovely and very helpful — she takes care of arranging tours, laundry, and everything you might need.The rooms are clean and well maintained, the breakfast is decent, and the overall stay is really pleasant.

The pool area needs maintenance.
