- The rooms were comfortable and it was an easy walk from the hotel to the old city. We didn't have any complaints. It would have been nice to have breakfast available, but there are good options nearby.

- All rooms are non-smoking, however smoking is allowed everywhere else...including right outside your door....so waking up to the smell of cigarette smoke because your neighbour is smoking is disgusting. And don't expect any different by the pool for a relaxing afternoon....smoking is allowed there, and the smoking area for guests is one meter behind the lonely two lounge chairs.

Beautiful, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice outdoor spaces and refreshing small pool. Perfect location close to Chiang Mai gate in a quiet area.

We loved the location. It’s within a lovely local neighborhood that’s a short walking distance to Old Town. The pool right outside the room was a huge highlight and the room itself was very clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend to anyone.
The bed itself is a bit too firm for us but we still slept soundly each night. The shower was an issue. The water would spray on the outside of the tub and cause a lot of water to spill onto the floor so we had to use a lot of towels after each shower to soak up the mess.
We absolutely loved our room (and the view from it on palm trees). There is a lovely little pool as well! The room was spacious and good for two people. The staff very friendly :) we would return again! :)

The rooms were clean, with plenty of space + a very comfortable bed.Excellent location, only a 5 min walk into town and can find a driver nearby very easily.We loved our stay and wish we didn’t have to leave. so close to chiang mai old town/city centre - literally a couple of minutes walking. amazing pool and lush rooms with lovely balconies. ended up extending our stay here we loved it so much!

Great spot on a quiet street not far from the main road. The pool was nice and clean rooms for an affordable price would stay again.

Price in booking allways indicate 70% discount so you get the room for 1000 thai baht, but this is actually the real price if you just walk in. In the swiming pool some pieces of rust iron stand in the bottom. Place is quiet and you can walk to the old city in a minute.
