Staff is nice. Rooms are clean .

Hotel rooms are a little noisy .We heard the guest from our next room using toilet after midnight. We heard ones who stayed at the upper floor walking after midnight too. The wall and floor are maybe too thin.

Location is excellent. Price is great for what you get. Comfortable room. Large bathroom

Very comfortable, clean, good location, they gave us some food for breakfast even when the breakfast was not included. They stored us the bags until the check in time. The check in was on time. The staff was very friendly. The place is quiet and calm.

It would be good that the property has restaurant. When they house-kipped the room, they did not clean it completely

The staff was very kind, the room wasn't very big, but it was comfortable. However, the bathroom was very big and I loved that. The breakfast was continental, so just fine to eat a little something before heading to any day trip or excursion. Since there's so much to do in Chiang Mai, I didn't have the chance to use the pool, but I'm pretty sure it's fine.

The room was very clean. A bit small, but it had everything that’s necessary. The free small breakfast was a nice addition.Location is just 10 minutes from the airport, there’s a laundry and 7 eleven very nearby within 2 minutes walking distance. Overall a nice place to stay.

The lock of my window was broken, which didn’t make me feel safe as a solo traveler. The room is quite dark so lights are needed on 24/7 has a big window to the hallway, which results in noise as soon as there are people in the hallway. This can be a bit unpleasant during early mornings or late nights. No noise from the streets though!It’s not the most central regarding good restaurants in my opinion.

I love how it is so accessible to everything, the rooms are always clean and spacious, they change towels & provide the bottled water everyday, strong wifi connection, had the pool all for ourselves as well so that's a plus, they don't offer heavy breakfast meals but they do offer light breakfast such as toast, banana, biscuits, & coffee, tea, choco! The staff are also very nice and accomodating, overall worth the price!

Perhaps that there is no view from our room (because we were at the 2nd level)

The complimentary breakfast was decent, the staff were quite helpful and friendly and I enjoyed swimming in the pool.

There was a constant unpleasant smell in the bathroom, there seemed to be a problem with the sewage system. It dampened an otherwise decent room stay.

It's clean, comfy, good location, has a pool, and the staff is absolutely amazing!

Great location near the southern edge of the Old City quadrant. We walked to just about every place we wanted to see inside the Old City. Our room was spacious with plenty of drawers and a wardrobe for storage. Comfortable beds, high quality linens and great, comfy pillows. Good water pressure in the shower and lots of hot water. Every front desk person was so friendly and helpful. They don't serve breakfast but each morning in the lobby, from around 7 to 10am, they provide as a courtesy some coffee, juice, hot water for tea, along with biscuits, muffins, and toast with butter and jam. Also, there is no shortage of eateries in the neighbourhood.

The hotel is well located and with good facilities, including an enjoyable pool. The room was sizeable and well decorated.

Such a brilliant hotel, we really really loved our stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the room was very big and comfortable. The pool is a lovely addition, just keep in mind there’s only two sunbeds so get down early!

The aircon leaked continually, and didn’t cool the room, there were puddles of water all the time, the pool was filthy also, so we didn’t use it, around the bathroom sink it was all mouldy and tired decor but it was only £22 a night, we left 2 nights early having slipped around the roomIn the aircon water for 2 nights!!

We did actually have to move to their sister hotel (the wing boutique) due to work being done at this hotel which we weren’t informed about prior to our stay which disrupted our stay due to noise, safety and facilities being out of use.

I think the highlights of this accommodation are the location and the staff. It is really close to the airport but also super accesible to everything you would want to see in Chiang Mai, everything is walking-distance. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they advice and booked all my activities for me and even got me discounts.

Nice pool, nice staff, good location. They served free snacks in the morning and coffee. Nice service ☺️
