The staff were made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I injured my back during the visit and staff was so kind and thoughtful. Hotel employees and this lovely lady(I feel bad for not getting her name)at the front desk were also very friendly.

The cleanliness and the design of the hotel was great. It felt like we paid for a great hotel for the price. The rooms were very nice and had a lot of space. The staff was very helpful from booking events, recommendations and being great service providers

The location was a little off but it was not far away from the airport or the main city.

Clean, beautiful and modern

Loved this hotel. Very clean and pretty. Staff was attentive and communicated well. Loved the security staff and shuttle driver. Everyone very kind. As a solo traveler I felt very safe. Hotel is a little outside the old city but a quick 5 min car ride. Still able to walk to nearby food or get the shuttle to take me. It doesn’t run till 11am.

Great amenities and staff, room is large and cozy. I like the location; it’s a little out of old town but close enough for a quick Grab ride. And many activities in Chiang Mai offer hotel pick up and drop off anyway.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking and the hot water wasn’t warm enough for me.

Very hospitable staff, from the guard who always smiles, to ushers and receptionist. They cleaned our room everyday and the location is also just near the center, but it’s also in a quiet location at the same time. Perfect!

If you’re walking, the area is on the end of the alley, and it gets a little dark at night. Otherwise it’s accessible by cars and motorbikes.

The shower was terrible absolutely no water pressure! The bed was quite hard, and the blind on the bathroom window looking into the bedroom was dirty

Cleaning and service kindness. The gym was really good.

The beds were too hard. Need to sleep above a pillow.The swimming pool was really cold. No sun reaches the area during the day. The water is refreshing but you cannot stay longer than 10 minutes.

Rooms were lovely and huge beds. Nice quiet location but you need to get a grab into the square.

Not very sound proof could hear noise from other rooms and the aircon was so loud. Also good said open 7:00am-9:00pm but it actually stopped at 6pm

The gym and pool is a bit small but not a bother to me at all.

Location, Swimming pool and Breakfast

Bed was rock hard, extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was fine. Pool was nice but had no sun so was very cold.

I liked how the room was very big and spacious. I really liked the shower space.

I wanted to order room service late at night but they close very early. When we did order room service, we had to bring our tray down to the lobby which was very inconvenient. I booked this hotel just for the pool but during my stay, the pool was out of service

Lovely spacious place, clean and I had everything I need.

Only downside was the pool being in the shade. Coming from UK I would love to maximise my time relaxing in the Sun I changed to a different place after my two days
