WE Valley Hotel

Friendly staff that went out of their way to help me. I am a solo traveler they were so sweet and made my stay enjoyable. Rooms are spacious. Great prices.

Rooms are a little outdated.

Beds and staff

Toilet is so dirty. Looks like no cleaning process before.

Area and location. It is very close and convenience to where I want to go.

There a construction. That the only thing that I don't like. Other than that is ok.

The area is quiet. The room is nice and clean. The price is cheap.

The size of the room is a little smaller than I expected, but it's fine.

Large room, very comfortable and very friendly staff but English is not so good.

Property is fine but I think that it is very important when you deal with foreigners everyday, English is essential. Not all receptionist speaks English or good enough to communicate.

We appreciate that the breakfast offered something different every day. They were also responsive to our queries/requests.

No clear partition for the shower. No Netflix.

Room was extremely small, could barely stand in there and no space for bags or anything. That was horrible

I like the quiet surroundings in the neighbourhood. The staff members are very friendly and helpful.

The location is far away from markets and convenient stores unless you have private transport. The wi-fi facility can be a challenge at times. The breakfast varieties are passable.

The staff were lovely and the room was spacious.

When I got to the room, the floor was dirty which always makes me think what else was not cleaned. The housekeeper came to clean it right away.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Tasty thai food at breakfast. Some nice local restaurants within walking distance. Great location for mountain biking and trail running.

A bit noisy with inconsiderate guests banging loud doors. Shower not always hot. Neither of these things were that bad, considering the excellent value for money.

Staff were very nice.

They used so much spray deodorizer that it smelled like a whorehouse. Had to move the bed to the open window so I could breathe without tasting deodorizer.

The price is really reasonable for what you get. The staff were incredibly helpful since I actually had an accident on the day I was supposed to check in, so I called to let them know I’d arrive a day late. Instead of charging me for two nights, they suggested I just shift my booking, which was super kind and saved me from paying for a night I didn’t use. The hotel has plenty of parking space, which made things easy since I have a big car. It’s also pretty convenient to get to the city center, but what I loved most was how many great northern Thai restaurants are nearby. After a long day, it’s nice to just walk around the area and grab some delicious local food. More about that, I appreciated they sell kits at the lobby with essentials. If you forget something, it’s a lifesaver.

The only small thing was that the air conditioning had a bit of a musty smell at first, but it wasn’t a big deal and got better after a while.

Room were comfortable and clean, breakfast amazing- buffet.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, so getting around requires a taxi, as there are no local buses available or well rated catering/ restaurants.. Walking to the city center takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, which is not ideal.

Housekeeping staff didn't wash glasses and cups. I felt the room wasn't cleaned up when I came back. Parking wasn't comfortable for me.

small place where to store things. need more hangers and maybe a place where to store more clothes.

Breakfast is good, mostly local thai bfast spread. There's a seafood restaurant 3 mins walk at corner of main road, very delicious seafood fried rice, with fresh prawns and awesome squid. The seafood is above average price, the quality is worth it

Bathroom using instant heater with strong water pressure, so need to slow down the flow to get preferred temperature. Only long bath for standing shower. Taxi calls average 7mins to arrive, can be more than 20 mins to town central if caught in peak period.

A sunny and tidy room with a nice mountain view. We had everything you needed for a short stay. The room was well-kept, had a good shower and vanity, and was good value for the price. A very nice cafe called (cafe de Oasis) is only a 12-minute walk away.

It is far from anything, at least 20 minutes to the centre, there are not many restaurant or cafe options nearby and nowhere decent to walk around. The soundproofing is terrible. I could hear people as if they were in the same room giggling and talking late at night. The bed is a bit firm to our liking. The shower and toilet had a strange arrangement. You had to walk through in the shower to the vanity.

Location, not convenient and the parking space is a bit far from the building.

I upgraded to a suite because the twin room is too small for my liking. Staff and location are great.Nice view and near hiking paths.
