The room was especially nice, beautiful design, comfortable furniture, nice bathrooms, adequate drawers and closet, and nice city views.The location was also excellent for shooting, restaurants and walking.The staff was particularly helpful and very nice

Everything was just fine.

The staff was really attentive. I had to work weird hours and sleep in the day, but was still able to get housekeeping done. They also returned something that I lost in the room. They went above and beyond to make sure it was handled.

The rooms were huge, location is perfect and the staff is nice. Good breakfast.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but some of the features in the hotel are a bit dated. Swimming pool is very small, but the rooftop location is nice.

Located in a great neighborhood, quiet and yet surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants, shops.

As it is rated as a four star hotel, I did have a higher expectation. But I see the facilities are quite old, and it looks like a basic three star hotel.

Really helpful and made me a good cheese omelette.

The bread was really a disappointment. Sliced white or wheat .

I always read reviews before booking a hotel, l do my due diligence and l am surprised that noone had mentioned that this hotel is directly under a flight path. You will hear all planes flying in and out at all hours of the day and night! This is definitely something to think about if you're a light sleeper. We had the 2 bedroom room and it wasn't the cleanest, it was very average. There is a restaurant at the hotel but we never saw anyone eating there. My kids went down for the buffet breakfast the first morning we were there and the choices were disappointing, we didn't eat there ? for the rest of our stay.There is also a roof top bar open to everyone not just hotel guests so there's a lot of foot traffic and noise.

I wouldn't choose to stay here again, it will do the job but if you're looking for something a bit more upscale, relaxing, clean, this is not it. The pool is a kiddy pool and not well maintained.
