Flora Creek Chiang Mai

Need more services and they need to check all rooms

Unfortunately I booked for 4 nights but I stay there only for 2 nights

GORGEOUS property grounds. Truly exceptional. Spacious feel with super high ceilings and big balcony...also enjoyed the small gym with new equipment.

the food could use a bit of love. Its pretty far from Chiang Mai city center, but that could be a plus for some. The old TV could use an upgrade if you like staying indoors and watching movies like me.

Great facilities. Not much far from Chiang Mai city. Offering peaceful surroundings, very relaxing. The bed and pillows are comfy.

Landscape so natural and nice.

Need a bit maintainance in some area , especsilly on the back area (some house not proper maintain) But overall are ok.

Beautiful location in the hills above the city, lots of flowers and trees and no traffic noise, just the sounds of the streams and brooks running through the property. Large, airy room with a very high ceiling and plenty of space.

A really nice room (pool vila). Spacious, clean, great amenities. Great complex- the garden and the trees were really peaceful. Staff really helpful in everything they can, including getting us to the room and back etc. staff made an effort with the veggie food, but the result was still kind of bad?

Breakfast wasn’t suitable for vegans (veggies and fruits). When asked for something else that’s vegan got a pasta… I think that some fried tofu can be arranged. And have someone who knows go over the bread etc to explain what’s vegan… No heating to the room or pool. It’s probably a non-issue most of the year, but for us it was a bit disappointing since we got the pool villa especially for the pool… which we got to sit next to and was nice

Beautiful beautiful location. Can spend many days just walking around this Creek

The breakfast buffet was big but basic

Room was quiet. I like the garden and the serenity of the resort. Breakfast was great. I love the salad bar. This is probably my fouth time at this resort and I enjoyed it everytime.

bathtab could be a bit cleaner but it did not bother me.

Excellent Service of Mr. Win, very fast and reliable. The Pool area is beautiful

Bistro was closed

The room

The rest of it, whilst it was nice to walk around the garden, this was the ONLY thing I like about this place. I booked it to sit and relax by the pool. Unfortunately when I arrived at the pool, the ground was so dirty with muddy marks spilt drinks and generally dirty. I felt uncomfortable sitting on a subbed , these were also rusting. I immediately contacted Winner at reception, who said he would get someone to clean up. They swept and that was it. I then asked to leave and get a refund because it just ruined it for me. They refused and because I wanted to leave, Winner decided to ignore me. I then complained with booking.com who were just as useless. The breakfast was mediocre and the whose vibe was off. No soul. Needs serious renovations too.

Location is perfect. Peaceful. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Big Swimming and cool under big three shadow even its really sunny in the midday but at the pool was still cool the water even cold. Comfortable room en balcony. Love Many choices of breakfast.

Not enought bike for rent in the park. We came bit late of winter 9-11 Feb so less flowers than we expected. Coffee machine works bit too long than normal.

brkf very very good.Grounds were wonderful

air con did not work well

Beautiful hotel in secluded, peaceful location. Clean, well maintained grounds. Great breakfast.

Reception staff not too helpful in sorting transport from the hotel bicycles were out of action during our stay. They're in the process of building.

Beautiful, exceptionally large and well kept gardens and grounds. Quiet, clean and welcoming resort. Excellent staff. Very restful stay.

Breakfast was great, property is beautiful and serene, rooms were new, nice, and spacious

very far from the city/Old Town, can be difficult to get taxi/Grab

Extensive, well kept, beautiful grounds and gardens. Attentive staff. Peaceful atmosphere. Large, clean, well appointed rooms.

Nice room and wide spread set up with beautiful gardens.

Restaurants were not open according to opening times. A lot of unavailable items in the restaurants.

the beauty of nature and how the cottage designed and the ways to cottage really amazing stay it was

the noisy sound from the forest and the long distance to downtown

Peace and quiet - away from the noise of the city, a place where you can completely relax wherever you are.The pool villa’s were exceptional and private.

The service was a little slow at times.

Perfect stay. Fantastic gardens, tasty breakfast, friendly staff! Spacious rooms...
