OYO 995 Blue Cafe Apartment

Huge room! Everything you need for a stay! Clean and tidy - although we did find a little lizard! Comfy bed Checked in at 6pm and was very unclear as to how to do it. Great kitchen facilities Lovely room! Would stay again !!

Water was not working so i could not have a shower and wash my hands and i did not get any refund for that.

Reservation information said check in from 4pm onwards.My flight arrived 8pm so I arrived at the building 9pm, building was dark and there is a sign on cafe that said "Closed". I could not make calls with my phone so I asked the taxi driver for help, but automated message said call is not picked up. I call another number from booking.com app but no one picks up. There is a security guard from another building who points me to the side entrance, but without checking in, I cannot enter.I ask a random stranger near the desolated building to help me call. Finally got through and received room card. Staff on the phone said they tried to contact me but I did not receive any messages from them via booking.com app. Even though I messaged them twice (days before) before I arrived, response from OYO seemed like a template. The area is very dark at night so if the stranger was not there to help, I would have been absolutely stranded.No elevator. The room is spacious but furniture is old. There are flies in the room, spider in the toilet, random pieces of scotch tape on the floor and on the mirror. Hair strand on the floor. Stains on blanket. Wallpaper peeling. This place has creepy vibes. I was happy to get out the next morning. I don't need OYO customer service to respond to this, I just want other travelers not to be misled by high ratings here.

It was hard to find the place, there was no sign where to enter. On booking it said its 800 meters from the bus station, but actually the walking distance is 2 km, and there were no taxis in the area. The apartment itself was very simple, it was rather clean but had a weird vibe to it. Also, you can't really cook in the kitchen because there are no kitchen utensils. It's our second try with OYO hostel, and we are not going to use their services again...

how big it was, I needed a nice setting to work from for a few nights and recover from an illness and this place was amazing for that

Biggest room I ever had around this price. Extremely good valued with great location and facilities. The room is so clean and furnitures are in good condition.

Air condition is so old and loud, the room I stayed have it above my head so I have no choice to stay under loud noise when go to sleep. Better move the bed either move the a/c would be an amazing flawless room!

Place is good clean and staff is friendly.

I like it as it is near my destination and it is comfortable. Convenient store is nearby as well. Good location.

The hotel officer help me a lot. I have to leave the hotel very early in the morning. The hotel officer told me to leave key card in the room and she refund my key card money with bank deposit. She works very well.

Air Condition Remote Control does not work well. I have to change the batteries, so it could work well.

The room is wide. There are some kitchen tools available.

I could not turn on the TV.
