The price was right and the location was good

The room was basic (which was fine) but bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

Room is clean the location is great and the staff is very friendly

Family feel, location

No pool but can use next store

the room isn't dark at night and not soundproof

The location and the helpful staff. Staff responded right away to fix broken heater, and to tour and resto inquiries.

No elevator.

Onill, the manager of the hotel is an absolute angel!! I can’t say enough good things about her and her team! They went far beyond any other hotel staff I’ve stayed with. Onil even left me a nice parting gift sweat treat.The gym is perfect as well.The location is close enough to the night markets and parties to walk to them but far enough that it’s peaceful and quiet

Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.

They have a nice outdoor area but it is the smoking section. They should make that area non smoking and people should smoke out front where they already have an area for smoking. There are no elevators but that didn't bother us. If you have mobility issues and want the ground floor, those have a poor location because of all the foot traffic leading to the other parts of the hotel.

The staff was very helpful. I once left my motorbike key in the parking lot, but the staff kept it for me.The breakfast was nice. The room was clean.

My room was on the 4th floor, but unfortunately there is no elevator.

The door’s lock is broken. So, I told the staff next morning and she quickly contacted the mechanic.

Bad Experience, I will not be returning again

I rarely write negative reviews, but unfortunately this time I had a genuinely bad experience with the morning-shift receptionistthe white Thai girl. She was noticeably unfriendly and acted rudely towards me on two separate occasions.First incident:When I first checked in for a multi-day stay, she didn’t smile or show any basic hospitality. She asked me to follow her to the room, but instead of assisting, she walked ahead and left me carrying my heavy luggage up four flights of stairs on my own.Second incident:On my recent stay, she spoke to me very rudely about late check-out, telling me that if I checked out even a little late, they would charge me 200 baht, the way she said it felt more like she was scolding or punishing me.I used to be a frequent customer at this hotel, but after these experiences with her, I will not be returning again.

Location was perfect

It did not have an skeleton. They provided us rooms on the fourth floor so we had to climb the stairs up to fourth floor, which was very hectic, as a tourist.

Everyone was helpful and happy. Breakfast was good. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were nice and clean.

Not enough outlets. And the outlet they did have was behind.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the old town, in a quiet area. The room was large and clean, the bed very comfortable. The staff is super nice, they're always ready to help and always have a smile for you.

A light above the bathroom mirror would be nice to have, but it's a minor thing.

Loved the smart tv in the room, the divide between the shower and the toilet (shower curtains) and loved the breakfast. The breakfast might have been the best part. Great selection and very friendly staff.

Beds could be more comfortable. Rooms need more outlets.

Nice hotel, not far from the Old city. Breakfast is small but there are options to choose from.
