Nice location. Kinda cheap.

It smells humidity . And no window. Super dark.

TV didn't work.the staff didn't inform me how to get into the hotel after hours. Had a problem, but it was solved by the owner of a bar next door.

staff was good but after 9 noone is there you are all alone at the hotel , reception girls were so helpful

Location was good. The shower pressure and temperature were was okay.

I was bitten by so many bed bugs I could not sleep. The bathroom tiles haven’t been cleaned in weeks, the water pipe was broken and water was coming out under the sink on the floor. The room floor had hair and dirt. Gross!

The bathroom ceiling was very moldy, thick black mold all over. The shower pan is clogged, the water just stands there.The room is smelly!Maintenance is required here, the room is quite neglected, and so is the entire hotel.

The staff is not motivated, not helpfull & far from welcoming. They are not representing the great hospitality the thai people used to have.

3 day hotel does't has a water. Nobody did't sayed about it. Staff did't wory about it. Staff din't speak english. After long negotiation hotel refund money.

Got a lot of room,but she’s just gave me highest floor and last room,no have any elevator but wall until the last room

Alert! Do not risk your tripHorrible staff. I arrive at midnight and realize I left my key inside so I call the 2 numbers of the hotel several time and nobody answer. I had to find myself another room and came back 7 am just to find out they will start till 8. Owner just did not care about customers.This is by far worst experience ever. Really is just not worth the risk. Avoid this place is just too much risk if you need help 10 pm till 8 am it dont exist plus the rooms are quite regularHope they can fix the support to customer for emergency like mine 24 hours

Clean room at a great price and convenient location.

My air conditioning unit leaked water regularly. Location is close to the center but immediate surroundings are a lot of seedy bars and massage parlors, so just know you might be accosted when you go for a walk around. Staff are helpful but English skills are limited; in the end I was able to communicate what I needed.

Only stay here if you are ok with a bug infestation

The hotel has an ant infestation - only stay if you are okay with this. Staff need some training in basic manners, no friendly check in, the rudest Thai people we have come across to date and I have been here for 2 months. They also don’t have any English. Didn’t even look up from their phone on our check out. Always on their phone! 8 spiders, a gecko and an infestation of ants and bugs in our room. Booking.com ignored all my messages. I have plenty of photographic proof. Window in our room didn’t close. Smell of piss in the bathroom. Bathroom has never been cleaned before with maybe the exception of the toilet. Completely degraded toilet seat. Safe didn’t work. Mouldy documents in the room. Trash left in the corridors for hours at a time. The entire time of our stay.

Hotel is close to bars and restaurants. Even when it rains it's only 2 minute walk to a restaurant or 7-11.

Smoking maijuana is legal in Thailand but it stinks. And a lot of drug users are traveling to Thailand just to smoke drugs. Every morning about 4 or 5 grubby guests would be smoking on the deck just outside the lobby. It's a revolting smell and not one you want to smell on your way to breakfast. Maybe the hotel could have asmall area to the far side of the deck for the people addicted to this grubby habit?

A good location was the only positive thing.

I booked the place a day before arrival from the other Thailandese city. We were traveling with the plane so no internet connection. In order to enter the room, owners were supposed to send us a QR code and they forgot to do it. We arrived at 1 in the night and needed to wait and call various numbers to get the QR code at 4 am eventually. Windows in the room didn't open, towels were dirty of the menstrual blood, the place was musty, dusty and stinky.
